I had (2) customer service people & the 2nd one was nice. The 1st one was different. My dissatisfaction is w/ an engine-service light that has been on weeks to motnhs. I came in for several services - my car was sluggishly starting-up or not starting-up at all & the engine light was on. AAA gave me a diagnostic that I shared w/ Coggin Toyota w/ AAAs simple suggestion as to the potential difficulty of whichToyota disregarded; only to refer to Toyotas diagnostic (to which I would have to pay an expensive amount - even if nothing is detected). I purchased the diagnostic & Toyota reported my issue was the starter - and that fix was expensive. Would have been great if that fixed the issue. My engine light is still on and the car is still slugglishly starting & sometimes not wanting to start at all. I must drive from JAX to Lake City daily (2-hours round-trip). Toyota recommended another diagnostic w/ a new charge - how about paying attention to the first. >>>I am also driving for 2+ years w/ no A/C in very hot weather >>>after having paid Coggin Toyota $1200+ for fixing the A/C and then after using A/C 2-3 more times after the winter...its not working again & Coggin Toyota wants $1200+ more. Hmmmm. I do not blame the serviceman this time around - the 2nd one was nice. The 1st disregarded the issues I tried to convey. I ended w/ an oil change & now w/ an engine light still on - a little concerned w/ that; & still A/C not working. The service day ended w/ serviceman informing my car was undergoing a complimentary car wash...my car was returned w/ no car wash as I recognized the mud splatters at bottom of car & a bug splat on the window upper RHS. My car was basically clean when I brought it in for servicing so the service people probably thought I would not notice they truly did not wash my car.

Friendly , great service, I bought my new car here and I bought a new car at another dealership and I could not believe the difference in the customer service from Coggin Scion , They are Great!
