I was forced to buy at this store due to delivery zones. The store had an odor of mildew. I bought a washer and dryer and when it was delivered, the washer was dented badly on the side. I called and the owner told me he would order a new one. When the new one was delivered, it was in an old pickup truck that was filthy and had debris in it. The new washer was unwrapped in the truck with no packaging to protect it. The new washer had a large scratch and a small dent. I called to tell the owner and he was extremely disrespectful. He refused to order a new one. I called the 800 # and they told me I had only 2 options. Return only the washer (it is a marching set) or a accept a 10% discount for keeping the damaged washer. Not wanting a mismastched set, I opted for the 2nd option. I now have a over $2000.00 set which is dented. They are very rude at this store and the owner acted like a fool. If I would give no stars I would! I closed my account and I havent shopped at Badcock since.

The service sucks , the manager is a crook, i purchased a 2000.00$ mower i had it less than 2 hrs. It broke they sent out mechanics they said it was a factory defect I called the manager asked for my deposit back he basically said theirs a 70.00$ delivery charge non refunable I call Badcocks cooperate office they inform me that this store is not corporate owned its privately owned they set their on store policy so basically the store manager (Mike) has stronger armed me into either taking a mower or loading my deposit I live less than a mile from the store am a senior citizen on disability & got charged a 70.00$ del. Fee, that I was never told when I purchased it. Not good bussiness practise if you shop this store please beware.

Worst Customer Service that I have ever received from Badcock Furniture, we were informed that the delivery driver would contact us prior to delivery, we waited at home all day and nobody called, knocked on our door or even rang the bell. I noticed a slip taped to the door saying that we need to call and reschedule. I called the store and the manager said they close at 4pm and the drivers need to get back. This is the only Badcock that closes at 4pm, all others close at 6pm. I paid my bill within the month and had my business transferred to the Brooksville location and notified corporate.

The guy Steve that they pulled from the back of the store and moved to customer service up front is a joke. He is unprofessional and lacks customer service experience. Not only does he lack customer service he has provided incorrect information on a warranty replacement item. Now guess who has to live with HIS mistake. Send the joke back to the rear of the store and allow Mike and Vinny to handle customers and their needs.

Very poor customer service. No one wants to listen to what you have to say. Once a purchase is made, then thats it. No one cares what you have to say. They will fight and argue with you on the phone and not want to listen to you. When you get into the store, be prepared to be there for a loooonnng time as the majority of the works have no clue whats going on. Full review on consumer affairs.

Been there for about 6 years ok till you need some thing fix they didnt order the part took 2 or 3 months to order.the day they were coming out to fix well they said they were coming out we waited all day we call the manger mike got nasty saying we didnt lie to you and its not happen today witch vinny told us between 3 and 5 the point is be nice to the people that pay your check

It wasnt a bad experienxe but be very careful when buying extended warrantys theres a lot of catch 22s that they dont inform you about.so when u call if something breaks its not covered within a time frame n now since the furniture is either ripped or broken it wont be fixed...just think of all that money coming out of your pocket n not getting good customer service.

Great shopping experince loved the people! vinny was the salesman I had he was amazing got outta there in no time an got my furniture at the time was expected! been going here for 10 yrs +. Would rec this store to anyone in the area, amazing customer sevice! way to GO!
