Went to this place (live 3 blocks away from it). No way. On the metropcs website it says that you get 299.99 dollars for the galaxy S3 because towers will be disconnected due to the t-mobile merge bla bla. So I figured, perfect opportunity to trade in my GS3 which is in perfect condition, never hit the floor in three years! yup. I take care of my stuff. So I went in to trade it and buy the GS6 cash in hand. They put me on the waiting list, for 20 minutes, I was k. When it was my turn, the representative (will not say the name ), looked at my GS3 phone, and said "I will give you 250 for it, because is in bad shape". WHHHHAAAT! BIG NO! I understand no one will ever give me more than 250 dollars for the GS3 as it is discontinued. Even brand new is like 200 bucks. However, the fact is that on the website it does not says that you will go to a metropcs retailer and you will have to "bargain" the 299.99. So the idea is to get people in line for a "long" time, and then get advantage of it because the customer was there and want things done fast. AH! Those tricks with me do not work! I told the guy. "No way. I get 299.99 or I will look somewhere else". Guy was like "K but I am sure you will not get a better price for it, or I will give you the 299.99 but you have to buy a case for the GS6". Seriously?, I was ready to pay the difference for the GS6 cash (400 dollars). So I got my GS3 and left. Drove to the other independent retailer in front of the Hollywood court (yea, the one by the walgreens and bank of america). A very nice guy working there. Guy flat out gave me the 299.99 (he said this phone is in very good condition, because it was!), and I bought the GS6 there. I paid 20 dollars more for the independent retailer. But the guy was following the announced rules...I will NEVER EVER go to the young circle store. Even if I have to drive an hour to get to another one. PERIOD. Have a nice day.

I have worked in customer service in different capacities for salmost 10 years so I know when its good and when its not. Yesterday evening I visited this location. There were 5 agents in the store. Every chair was filled with someone waiting to be helped plus people were standing. One agent left to go home for the day. The line started to progress more quickly because some people walked out then agents began helping customers who were only there to make a payment. When I finally was helped my agent, Adam L. was superb! He helped me get my high account security password, explained the difference between the bill tiers, helped me get my Lookout Mobile Security back up, and even put a service ticket in to have a technician check my phone. He did all of this with great ease and courtesy. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. I spent an hour in that store but the sacrifice was worth it to have a knowledgeable and courteous agent. I would give this store 5 stars if not for the long wait time. They need more agents. The agent to customer ratio is non-proportional. Adam L. gets 5 stars from me but the store as a whole only gets 3!

Absolutely taken back and unpleasantly surprised. I have been a great customer for many years and have a grandfathered unlimited plan. I listen to the news briefly on my phone every day for years, today I called the same number and they blocked me and want to charge me a conference call charge for a non conference news line. Totally a violation of implied contract laws and ongoing past practice and changing my plan with out my consent/notification . I am better off going to a different phone service for what they want to charge me for something I use and have been using for many years with the same frequency . This is very disappointing and inconsiderate to be done this way . Sure they say you are "grandfathered in" and establish an implied contract by services rendered for a fixed agreed payment , but to try and change the rules in the middle of service is neither professional or shows good faith to long and loyal customers . Im going to file a complaint and I am also going to tell others that we need to consider a different provider that does not abruptly and arbitrarily change things in the middle of paying for their service. I purchased a Kyocera Hydro Wave on the advice of 2 of the clerks at a metropcs store who told me the phone would accommodate a 64gb sd card. I had several phone options but was attracted to the waterproof feature. I stressed repeatedly that I needed that much storage (for my work) and would get another phone if not but they assured me it would take the 64gb card. Well I found out it does not. I spent more than a week getting a card, another card, reformatting them, trying to upgrade the os, trying to root the phone, but to no avail. The phone wont update to the latest android os, and wont root Whats more, this particular phone wont store apps on the sd card so you can only put like 5 on there. I confirmed this with Kyocera. So basically its a toy. When I went back to the store they said I was out of luck because I waited more than 7 days. When I confronted them with the fact I bought the phone based on their wrong advice they continued to insist "Its what the manufacturer told us." The people in this store are stupid and the manager does not care about the customers. He would not even speak to me.

Disgusting. That is the right word to describe their service. The keyboard of electronic line works proper only when you tap it by pen, but does not work when you type by fingers. There is no notice about that and people can not type their names, although the staff ask them about it. Yesterday I bought SIM card which did not work, but a sales had told me that the problem was with my phone. I went to workshop and I was told that phone was ok. I went to another metro pcs store and a associate check my phone by another sim and I worked perfect. So I wasted a lot of time to find out that the problem was in SIM card. Finally, I returned to store and asked a manager to fix my problem. Instead of solving my problem she started to ask my why my SIM card was not changed in another store. I would advice to everybody not to go to this store because you might be served in bad way.

Today I wanted to switch to Metro PCS walked in with a small baby and explained what I need. The rep spent 30 minutes setting me up with free phone that I was looking for. But then the manager came up and said oh no this promotion is not for this store, it is for a different store, here this phone costs $100. I asked so why didnt you guys let me know in the start of my appointment? I just wasted all this time here with small baby , let me see the supervisor. I was told the supervisor is coming. 10 minutes passed and no one came I left in frustration. HORRIBLE service. DO not waste your time here. Customers are treated badly and representatives dont know which promotion or deal is applicable to this store. Extremely dissapointed.
