Extremely disappointed with the bakery!!! I ordered a Special Order Birthday Cake 1 week in advance ... with plenty of time!!!! , they took my order, my contact info, etc. The day to pick up the cake finally arrived ... I was excited, had a huge family party... I arrived 1 hour later of the scheduled time to make sure the bakery had plenty of time to finish the cake ... I showed up & it wasnt ready!!! Why they didnt call me if they had questions about the order!! I asked!! They blamed it on me, on the orders notes!! But, hey ... I didnt write the order, it was their employee that wrote the order ... so we argued back & forth .... then they finally decorate the cake as it was done while wearing blind folds!!! Customer service just kept getting worse & worse!! No apologies, they blamed it on me ... my phone number & name was on the order ... if they couldnt read the employees handwriting, then call me & ask!!! I had to ask them to fix the cake 4 times because it looked horrible & at the end I still wasnt happy with it!!! But I already had to wait for them to do all this horrible work for more than an hour!! Ill never order a cake from them again!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

The place is clean and variety of food is ok, however it could ve have more prepared foods to go as in other Publix (Example the one at Biscayne & 20th street). There is one important problem I want to remark: theres always lack of seltzer water (Syfo or Ritz) on the weekends... counters are empty of this product. They should put some more because its a high demand product

Clean..nice..the associate are very helpful always..But...Im more happy with the Pharmacy. ..specifically the pharmaceutic named CLARA...shes been doing the job very good ,on time..Shes know what to tell you if u had any kind of question...she told me more information that my doctor about our medicines. .Thanks to all staff...specially CLARA!

My Experience is good with this Plaza because I work in the plaza and have no problems, its just that when you look at the street view of the plaza everything is updated until you go into the plaza then everything is old, because Barnes and nobles and a lot of other stores are not there anymore.

2 stores in the area were closed at the same time. This Publix is always full. Basic items are overpriced....still, this is much better than the WinDixie stores of the area. Anxiously waiting for the opening of still under construction stores in Sunny Isles and Aventura.

Traffic in this Publix is so high that shelves get empty pretty quick and employees are not able to refill them on a timely fashion. Also I have found that the selection of beef is not as good as other Publix stores around. I will continue shopping Publix... somewhere else

Took a little longer than usual because the lady making my sandwich was too busy gossiping and talking to the employee next to her who was also trying to make a sandwich for another customer. Plus. I dont like people talking over my food. Im sure the gossip couldve waited.

Prosciutto crudo di Parma has to be cut removing first the rind! You dont grossly cut it with everything on! Check on internet and train these employees and managers. Every time I ask for the prosciutto crudo they dont remove it, either consider to do it. Why?

Getting a sub or anything from the deli in the morning is questionable, three times I went in a row and the didnt have what I wanted, had to go into the store everytime to retrieve an ingredient, .

They remodeled and made it nicer. I wish their organic produce was priced like AT. Their fish area smells icky. Restrooms are okay. Overall large store with plenty conventional produce.

Meat is not fresh. Spent $23 on meat that a had to throw away. Meat might look nice and bright red but is just fresh bllod they put on the outside.
