This place is a joke. They have more dishonest and misleading employees than the United States government. They just got me to sign, blah blah blah, heres a "free" iPad, then I opened my first bill. That "free" iPad ended up costing me $720 bucks over 24 months, and it was a LEASE!!! Technically, the iPad WAS free. I got a $17 credit that covered the cost of the lease for the iPad. But, the degenerate that got me to sign this contract failed to tell me that there was a non-negotiable $30/mo access fee attached to the iPad, even if I just wanted to use it when wifi was available. My own separate wifi... Nothing to do with their network. No data usage through their network. Holy J.H.C.!!! Did I get powned. It was this specific Sprint. Ill hate this place forever. Basically, I got conned in to accepting a "free" iPad mini 2, for 24 months, that end up costing me $720, and I didnt even get to keep it. I quote, "No bro, its free". In all honesty though, I was dumbass for signing a contract I didnt read. I just didnt care at the time and took their word for it. Bad mistake. Wont repeat.

Similar to what ELL has to say, as for I, I have been going to this store for several years and the service has always been good except for now. I pre ordered the new HTC EVO 4G LTE about a month ago, dropped $50.00 for the deposit thinking I would be one of the first to get the phone when it came out..BIG MISTAKE pre ordering from these clowns. People who ordered from Best Buy and Sprint online have there phones already, this store still has no clue when there getting the phone in. These people are clueless. Whenever I do get the phone, wherever I end up getting it (not waiting around for these clowns) I am Never setting foot in that store again. Ive been with Sprint for 10-11 years now, this is by FAR the worst experience I have had to date. So glad I pre ordered from them...Not! This place needs to be avoided at all costs!

WORST customer service, rude, NOT friendly, NOT helpful...did not even look at my phone to see if he could resolve the issues...did NOT offer to call customer service to resolve an authorization issue. This store used to be good. After reading other reviews, I can see this is not unique to my situation. I will NOT be returning to this store. IF they do not make some serious changes quickly...there will NOT be a store in that location!!!! I then went to the store at Robinson Mall, nice, friendly, helpful!!!!

I have shopped this store for 2 years and always thought they were top notch. They have recently gone under new management and the staff is all new. After an experience there last night and having the manager refuse to call customer care to clear an account issue up while I was there I will never go back. When I called Sprint today, true to form, they took care of the issue with professionalism and ease. I love Sprint and their customer service, just not the Mcholme drive store anymore.

I was unable to get service over the phone. I was told to go to a store with two forms of ID. I went to this store expecting the worst, but got the best. The employees are very helpful especially Sarah and the manager(forgot his name). They made the whole process quick and easy. When I said that I was going to activate over the phone to save money, they made it happen in the store without charging me. Fantastic experience

Horrible service. Was told it would be 15min. Over an hr later and I still hadnt been waited on. They kept repeatedly telling me "just a few more mins" Completely ridiculous. I ran out of time and patience so I left pissed off and empty handed. Ill call sprint and have my phone delivered or just go to the Apple Store where they understand customer service!

By far the WORST Sprint store around with the WORST customer service. I could write a book on how horrible it is. Its so bad the customer service rep on the phone knew exactly what store I was talking about. Make the drive to the Washington, PA store. They have always been so helpful - its also a repair center.

Had problems with lg optima g was told by tech to take to repair store when i went to this store they told me they cant work on these phones but when customer service call them they said yes they could. They are liers at this store will never go back will change carriers first.

One of the smaller Sprint stores. Employees are decently friendly. The selections are decent. Parking is sometimes hard to get for this store. The wifi doesnt help the phones even if they are sprint and it seems like this store is a dead zone for sprint phones.
