I have had Sprint business for 25+ years. I would not consider switching to any other mobile phone carrier regardless of the offers. I have rarely ever had any problems connecting to my service locally or times away from home. When other people around me are experiencing bad reception with their phone carrier, I never am. I never experience reception problems inside of buildings either. Bottom line, when others are complaining, I am always happy.! Sprint is my only choice when it comes to my mobile phone service.! Ps.. A+++ Excellent Customer Service from Michael Vera at the Gables Alhambra Circle Store.

I recently moved my account back to Sprint from another carrier and I have to say, I could not be more satisfied. I have been dealing with a young lady by the name of Emili Garcia at the Coral Gables store and I have to commend her for her professionalism, kindness and most of all her patience. I highly recommend Emili for a management position in you firm, she would definitely help you improve customer service relations. Thanks Emili and good luck to you.

Very bad customer service from Alexis Salder and the Asst. Manager Luisa Santigo. Very defensive and talking over us rather than rationally dealing with our issue. Rude and even mocking my fiancee at one point. Really bad way to handle customers and service so if youre to go to this location have Jorge help you, he has always been great several times Ive dealt with him.

Im reading all these bad reviews and that wasnt the case for me at all. Of course, I had to wait, but I didnt mind that...cant really do anything about it so why stress it. But, once it was my turn Jennifer Boulos was extremely helpful, she really took her time with me and made sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was friendly and attentive, I give it two thumbs up.

The Clerk-in-training who helped me was amazingly patient with me while I tried to learn the smart phone" and figure out the plans so I could go home without worry. She didnt rush me, and treated me as if I were the only customer. I left very educated, and very satisfied.

they took forever because I guess people who made appointments go first even though I came 30 mins ago and the appointment person just walked through the door and the manager lied about an offer so I was charged extra for 4 months because of him

Manager and most of the employees are horrible with customer service. I was helped by Alexis Sadler and she was not only rude but snotty. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. They are horrible!
