I visited this store because I saw in a flyer they had an electric blanket I wanted to purchase. However, when I got to the store I couldnt find it so I asked a manager and he had no idea what I was talking about.I showed them the the flyer and they said they didnt know anything about it. they didnt offer to help so I dont think this is a place I would go back to. In summary, I found customer service to be void.

I really liked this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Although i wasnt able to find what I was looking for, they made a great effort in looking up in other stores for me. In general, Big Lots is a great place for a bargain. The product selection cover from home and garden to non perishable groceries. I will be returning here to get some summer goods for sure! 4/17
