Wow! Corporate really cares! When inquiring to the" $25 award card on transferred prescription offer", I was given inaccurate instructions over the phone. With previous RX bottles in tow , as I was instructed to bring, I waited for my awards card. Only after I began the payment process was I informed that they considered the RX a "new" prescription, so the offer was void. I asked to speak with a manager to get the issue resolved. The pharmacist as well as the store manager DID NOTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM! I went home with my RX, feeling sad. I wrote a review here and figured thats that. I also took part in the survey request that appears on your receipt. The next day, less than 24 hours later, Management from Corporate called me. WOW!!! The representative was wonderful, kind, and eager to solve my issue. He did EVERYTHING RIGHT and today I just picked up my two $25 award cards from the pharmacy. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE EVENTS OUTCOME. If you think you have an issue, speak up, make your voice heard. K-marts Corporate Headquarters cares about the loyal customers. They righted a wrong and did the right thing! Yes! P.S. The K-mart pharmacy has the BEST PRICES on my RX and they are able to QUICKLY FILL your prescriptions that you bring to the store.

Ive never been to a more disgusting store. In every sense, from the moment you walk in, you could tell that there is definitely something worse than Walmart. The employees were awful, I mean literally have never had worse customer service. Im pretty savvy at finding things in a store, but if I need to ask (which is rare) dont be that employee in electronics that sits there talking to his friend, cursing, and have me waiting and staring at you, totally looking back at me, ignoring me, continue with your story, and then when I ask where the wires are, pretend like you have not a clue in the world and answer with I dont know . This place was the worse of the worst and I really think it will be memorable that Ill tell every person in the world how bad this Kmart is. Why is it even still there?

I cant believe how run down this store has become. It used to be compatible to Walmart or Target just 5 year ago. Now the merchandise quality has gone downhill and not a single penny has been invested into the store for years. The snack bar and electronics departments are all but a distant memory. It is a shame what bad management can do to a company.

It appears the days are numbered for this Kmart on Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, Florida .. "Blowout sale" 10%-30% every item in stock at this location.. Perhaps a Pre-Going of the Business sale. July 2017

TINY HUGE SYSTEMS

This store is like stepping into a timewarp to the late 80s and early 90s when things didnt suck so much. It even smells like another decade in there. Dont ever change, Kmart.
