My main purchases here, over the last 3-4 years, has been mostly athletic shoes (i.e. tenners), garden supplies, and a few camping items. Their Everlast brand of adult athletic shoes, I have found to be of significantly better durability than New Balance ( the leather is more resistant to peeling ). Plus they have remained @ $30 for @ least the past few years, whereas New Balance cost anywhere from $50-80 ( ! ). The other aforementioned items purchased were competitively priced, and its nice to build up "Shop Your Way" reward points, which can be applied @ any accumulated amount, to reduce the price of any future purchases. My shops here for everday-wear tops, and says theyre of better quality than Walmarts stock, and often less cost.

I made a large purchase amounting to almost $500.00 which I returned with my receipt. They took the 2 chairs back and 3 days later I am still waiting for MY money to be returned to my account. In my opinion that amounts to theft! I have made 2 phone calls and they still have not returned my money, yet they have the chairs. I would be arrested if I came into their store and took something without paying for it, how is it any different to accept my return, give me a return receipt, but not actually return the funds to my debit card? Lesson learned, be very careful when making purchases there.

Extremely run down. When I went in, it was fairly dim! Nice selection of items, but there was only 1 cashier open, and an old woman was running it. She was so slow and was talking to some people while me and my family were waiting, and some other people of course. I went to Little Ceasers to get a salted pretzel, and they gave me a bland one that was lukewarm and didnt taste good. I didnt ask to get another one because I wanted to get out of there.

This used to be a decent store several years ago but has gone downhill. Terribly rude customer service workers that need to be retrained on how to treat customers. It takes three times as long to check out as it should. The store is disheveled with pricing tags almost non-existent in the housewares section. The electronics section is a mess. The TV display wall was less than half full! Very disappointed in this store now.

I called to ask if an item was there. I got put on hold while they looked (took awhile) then he asked if I was still there and I said yes and he hung up. I called back and said I called about said item and got put on hold. Someone else came on and just said hi so I told him I called about a torque wrench. He said I dont know anything about a torque wrench and put me on hold. I was waiting for about 5 minutes and then gave up.

I received exception service in the garden shop! I need a few different items and the associate working (Logan) helped me find all the products I needed. He was very nice and very knowledgable. If you want great service see him or any of the other employees in the garden shop they know just about everything in the store and are very friendly!!!!!!!!!!!

Confusing to know whats on sale. Normally when an item is on sale its all colors all sizes of the same thing. Not at Kmart.. Waited in line for 30 mins because of customers having issues with what was on sale. Then I had an issue with. 2 sale items. I was so frustrated I walked out not purchasing anything. Go to Wal-Mart

Younger cashier needed help at checkout, both cashiers at customer service came and act like they was helping her and just walked away, without helping her the whole line was mad.. Shame on them,we all said how yall aint goin to help her,thw older lady on customer service , ignorant like she didnt want to be there..

This business is a mess of a business. You cant find anything because it appears to be thrown haphazardly all over. Their electronic section is a joke and everything in it looks at least 10 years old. They never have enough people on the registers. The only saving grace... Little Caesars inside is really good!

There are no SEARS around here anymore,can you not hire someone that Knows that stuff now?When can I get anyone here that Knows the SEARS stuff or do I need to go somewhere else?I use to shop over there at the mall and they no longer have a SEARS there,can you not get someone here that can help me?

I came in to check to see if a certain item was there as indicated by the website. Which it wasnt there. So to kill time I walked around the store and I saw how horrendous the rear of the store was. Shelves half empty, electronics not having any video games. Stuff just strung onto display pallets.

Very nice Kmart! The store has is well laid out, clean, and contains a wide product assortment. Prices are good, made even better with their Shop Your Way Rewards. Love the Little Caesars cafe in the front too. Will definitely be back!

Decent selection of products (this is a Super KMart). Some prices are an absolute bargain while some seem too high. But this place has an eclectic collection of items and the Shop Your Way works. I got $50 worth of free stuff.

Maybe its just me, but I never seem to be able to find what I need there. Its a nice enough Kmart but I have never had much luck shopping there. Actually I prefer the local Target compared to this place.

Worst service Ive ever seen!!!! One register open and the line was at least 15 people deep and there were 3 people standing in the front customer service area doing nothing!!!! Hello help out

Selection is terrible. Upkeep of store is terrible. Some of the staff are unprofessional and will complain about customers and use foul language within ear shot of other customers.

Always shop at Kmart. has been one of my favorite stores for many years.. very well stocked and very clean.. customer service was excellent.. I hope they stay open

Ghetto store, the staff mostly looks like theyre on Meth or otherwise "out of it", hard to find things, messy store. I only go there when I absolutely need to.

Two girls at customer service didnt know how to order a pair of shoes for me, the permanent one didnt even try. No wonder K-Marts is failing.

Seems like everyone there is just miserable and slow. Refused returns even with the receipt! IMO this place is horrible, will never return.
