Big Lots in Heidelburg can be a great store if you catch it on the right day. Its generally an Ok store moat of the time. This Big Lots has a good selection of food, toys, furniture, and seasonal items. There is a smaller electronics section, as well as some auto items, cleaning supplies, storage bins, etc. The store is generally pretty clean and well stocked with the items that Id consider standard. The staff is helpful and friendly, though at times, Ive noticed that they can be slightly understaffed at times, leading to some long lines at times or some long waits if youre buying furniture. The only issue I have with the store is that sometimes if youre looking for something specific, youd better buy it, because it may not be there the next time. That can be rather frustrating with certain items...Atkins bars come to mind as something they have really good prices on, but dont necessarily always have them in stock. All in all, a good store for what it is. Youre not going to find Macys quality clothes, or jewelry from Tiffanys, but a decent store overall.

Oh my.. Are you an Airwick, Glade & Febreeze (or any brand air freshener freak like me?) You MUST go here to buy new air fresheners and their refills! It may be June and they have the air freshners winter collection out. Who cares? I dont. For the price of 1 refill of lets say ANY brand plugin at say Giant Eagle or Shops Save (unless you have a weekly sale on that item + e-coupon + mfr coupon) you will Not Get more for your buck unless u get lucky elsewhere, I promise! 2pk of Febreeze glass double tank refills $6 or $7 @Biglots. Try buying that anywhere else? 1pk glass double tank refills $5-$6 Biglots is like 50% (ish) off other places prices. Just 1 example, I could go on. But I wont : )

Well stocked, good employees who helped which was appreciated. The delivery option provided was a disapointment. No response to voice mail. Did respond to text, but needed 2 days to deliver a futon locally when I was told next morning. Contentious back and forth to set it up had me cancelling and doing it myself, which saved me $70. Rather than just handing the customer the delivery guys card, it might be a better call for the store to facilitate the delivery process

Its great for what it is. The building could use some upgrades, but I doubt thats part of their corporate plan. The stuff is cheap so I wouldnt make any really large purchases, but for disposable items you cant beat it.
