I took my car for a flat tire repair and ended buying two tires for good reason. Steve, at the auto department, talked me into changing both the front wheels since the tires were wearing out with a slight alignment problem. Steve, pointed out on the issue for safety reason for changing both tires and I agreed on his accessement. I was promised a speedy work on the tire change and Steve with one of his associates, Rob, came through for me. Once, I agreed, Rob went to work right away. Rob took great care to get both tires changed and even test drive the car before he is satisfied that I, as a customer, would be safe by his work. Thanks Rob and Steve!

I cant stand going in this store and try to avoid it at all costs. The workers here are all questionable and dont seem very approachable. The store is always dirty and very disorganized. The whole place just looks tacky and very cheap. I dont view this as acceptable for a retail store such as itself. Unfortunately they are they only store that carries a certain product that I like so I have to return every now and again. If it wasnt for that I wouldnt set foot in this place.

Worst walmart I have ever been to. Its not a good experience when you ask for a product and it comes up in the system as instock and the gray haired lady lies to you and says right to your face. Its not here instock. So after like 5mins of trying, had her get a manager. Imagine that the manager goes into back and brings out what I needed. Gray hair lady should not be working in customer service. And learn not to lie!! I just dont get why she would lie.

Horrible customer service, most of the employees are rude for example my husband was looking at bikes for our son he got on one and 3 ladies where yelling at him then started talking rudely as if we where just messing around meanwhile were Christmas shopping for our children, I thought it was rude my husband is a very slim guy to its not like he was breaking anything either, I wouldnt recommend this Walmart.

Walmarts are pretty much the same every where. This one was particularly unpleasant because I was picking up a site to store order and 5 people stood behind the customer service counter starring at me for several minutes before someone( a manager I think) came over and told them to help me. They then said I was in the wrong part of the store and had to go to the back. The wasted time earned a 2.

They helped me find exactly what I needed, my action figures in the toy section. Unfortunately they didnt have all the Star Wars action figures and I was very disappointed. They should get a new shipment every day but they dont so they dont have enough action figures. They did have a great variety of Pokémon cards though.

Dont go to this wal mart a bunch of donkeys. The pharmacy wouldnt sell massive syringes so I can help my sick dog. Instead u can buy the Little ones that drug addicts use. Makes no sense please please get rid of the pharmacist. Dont advertise online for something and u cant pick it up when it says I can.

As much as I enjoy having a Walmart in the area.... I have to say, the folks (older ladies) who answer the phones are most times very short and impatient... I wish theyd be nicer. I think they just need a reminder that theres no reason to act so bothered because sometimes we need to call first. :(

I tried to buy nicotine patches there this morning and found out my license was expired. They refused to sell me the patches even though I was of legal age and were quite rude explaining why. Suggesting I didnt know what "valid" ment. When I was only asking them to make an exception.

The best part of the Gibsonia Wal-Mart IS when you LEAVE. The aisles are ALWAYS cluttered with merchandise that they CANT SELL! You can NOT find anyone who can answer any question! They NEVER have what youre looking for!

This Walmart doesnt seem to have the variety of other, newer & larger stores. Additionally, the food selection is very small, so you need to go elsewhere for groceries.
