I love the reviews. People are acting like their at Wal-Mart or Target, and by the way the service there vary greatly as well by individual CSR from great, to fair, and poor. "Well, the selection is kind of limited, or the service took took long." I think the reviews here are based on preconceived class based biases. If it was say some high end specialty store in the mall, their reaction would be : "The selection is awesome, and the conversation was so wonderful (translated it took a long time. I guess whether it was wonderful or horrible depend on your class views of the people and the store. LOL). Its a Dollar Store. You great deals on everything from 2nd and 3rd tier, and sometimes well know market brand products, at a crazy low price. Enjoy the savings, and savor the customers and cashiers. The vast majority of cashiers are fairly efficient, and the customers....well you get the full range from snotty, to polite, to slovenly.

"DOLLAR GENERAL" is 1 of those Stores that comes in HANDY at ALL TIMES. They have JUST ABOUT EVERY ITEM that you may need. They have CLEANING ITEMS, KITCHEN UTENSILS, DISH TOWELS, DOG & CAT FOOD, PAPER PRODUCTS, DEODORANTS for Men & Women, PICNIC ITEMS, CANNED GOODS, CANDY & etc, etc & etc. I MISSED MANY MORE ITEMS, but I know that "DOLLAR GENERAL" has alot of things for the average SHOPPER. The ONLY PROBLEM tho is that there are MORE PRODUCTS than STORE SPACE. It is a GREAT PLACE to SHOP AT. Stop In & Youll See For YOURSELF.

What you expect from a Dollar General. I stopped in to get a cooler and it took 15 minutes to get someone to help me get it from the top of the shelf, but it was affordable.
