If your looking for a bargin in pretty much anything, this in my opinion is NOT the place to shop. I went looking for Christmas decorations and for an item that was clearly marked 1.99 from a previous sale (yard sale or from another consignment shop) the Salvation Army wanted 12.99. I asked if that were a firm price and the lady looked at me as though I was not being serious. As someone who uses the Goodwill Outlet in North Versailles, I could purchase a buggy full of all sorts of things for 12.99!

I really like this super huge Salvation Army. Things are usually well organized by type of garment, and it doesnt overtly smell like mothballs. Sometimes it can be a little on the pricey side, and they are very strict about not selling something without a tag. Also, sometimes when they staple on the tags, they damage the clothes. Huge store, very clean, neat little staging area for the furniture. Open 9a-9p Monday-Saturday.

I love this store! My favorite in the entire pittsburgh area for sure. Everything is organized so nicely, which is my big gripe about competitors like Goodwill. This store also has great prices and even better discounts. (go on Wednesdays!) their shoe selection is fantastic as well. I always leave here with some great clothes. My only gripe is how they tag their clothes. I wish they didnt use staples!

If youre looking for clothing this is a great choice. Its primarily focused on clothing. Small amount of housewares. In back of store they sell furniture in what looks like a little house or furniture store. Quality of furniture tends to be far better than Goodwill.

Good store serving a good purpose. Go support them! Ive definitely found some gems here, but sometimes you really gotta figure for it. Check out the furniture section in the back, too. Theres cool stuff hiding back in there sometimes

This store is so fun to shop. Its like a treasure hunt. The prices are great. Its just fun to check it out on a rainy day. You never know what youll find. Also you can make donations. Its nice to give. Helping others is great.
