Stopped into this Kinkos location yesterday morning to have some color copies made along with a JPEG scan -- which should have been a fairly simple request and I felt as though I was inconvenience to your business. I had a priority mail envelope with me because I needed to stop at the post office to mail out the copies once complete. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with, "we dont do priority mail here" instead of "hello, how can I help you today?" I hadnt even mentioned needing to mail anything, I simply had the envelope with me. From there, every other simple request seemed to be an issue. When I asked about the scan, your employee said, "We just got a new machine and I havent been trained on it yet." Then, when she did try to scan my documents, it didnt work the first time, at which point she literally cursed at the machine as I was standing there. Also, I had specifically asked for a JPEG scan and when I got home to download the scan, it had been saved as a PDF file and not a JPEG, so I had to have the document re-scanned. I would suggest that you encourage your staff to have a "can do" attitude. I understand having limited technical resources at your center, but then you might want to let your employees know how to provide your customers with other options... such as, "the Kinkos up on Cleveland Avenue does have those capabilities or the post office can help you with that, etc." And, frankly, as a business owner, I would be appalled if any of my employees cursed in front of customers.

FedEx always has some sort of issue with my packages... If its not them with the police trying to say they delivered when they didnt. Then trying to arrest people when their drivers never delivered. Or my packages being delivered a mile down the street and those people call me to tell me they have my package. Or the vendors not telling us that they use FedEx. Those venders are going to start losing massive amounts of funding due to using FedEx. From now on FedEx isnt allowed to knock on my door. FOR TEN YRS OR MORE I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH FEDEX DELIVERIES. **NOT ANYMORE. ***FEDEX IS BANNED FROM DELIVERING TO ME!

FedEx is the worst. They have now tried to deliver our package three times and each time they have come at the wrong time. They leave a note saying the next day and a time range they will deliver it. Both times they have attempted delivery outside of their own specified time. Unbelievable. Good luck trying to use their app to schedule pickup. It will crash. I still do not have my package.

Maryann was most unhelpful. She a "java error" on her computer and was unable to print a prepaid label. She made me call tech support and refused to assist further. Not helpful, will not return to this location.

My man Dan Bilzerian at the counter helped me out at 8:30pm. Inexpensive price for a great looking print. Will definitely be coming here from now on instead of OfficeMax or Staples.
