DO NOT USE THEM!! This is the most inefficient and useless UPS store Ive ever been to!! They are not helpful in any way when you have an issue with a lost package they take no accountability, they did not even attempt to offer me any assistance with my lost item other than letting me know it was delivered per their system. An item that they chose to ship via usps and not ups which is the reason I went to a ups store...to have my item shipped UPS. They need to be clear to everyone coming to their establishment that they also ship by usps and give you a clear choice as my package was shipped by usps without my knowledge and as a result is now lost (recipient states they did not receive) and no one there is willing to take any accountability or assist in any way. Poor way of doing business!

The customer service was horrible. I asked the young woman a simple question, and while she did answer me, her tone was condescending and annoyed. Once my envelope was ready I handed it to her and she didnt utter a word. I waited for her to ask me how I wanted it sent. She simply assumed and gave me a price. I said, "Arent you going to ask how I want it sent?" She proceeded to ask but the tone did not improve. I asked for a few options since I need a quick delivery. She did answer my questions, and I assume the envelope will arrive on time, but I will not be returning to this store. Next time I will drive further to use the competitor.

I contacted the UPS store to have items picked up and shipped from a local government office. Their service was phenomenal, and the items were packed perfectly to prevent damage. The shipping cost was much less compared to other shippers I have used previously. Highly recommended!

Except for dropping off your UPS boxes, I wouldnt recommend this store for any other service. They do not know what customer service means, I guess the name UPS is saving them and keeping them in business.... hopefully the owner looks at this comment and addresses the issue.

Just stopped by to drop off a package (and have its label printed). The staff was a blast! Friendly, communicative, and very inviting. Id have no reservations going back for any of my shipping and or office needs. Good people.
