WOW!! I cant believe this. I am told by a guy name ERIC that a package would never get sent back. Well it did. And it had my name and address on it. And they wrote" know one by this name has a box # at this address" Than when I call to ask why it would be sent back I get told by ERIC " I only make 8.50 an hour it is not my job to worry about your mail". Than someone please tell me why he works there if he doesnt want to do the job. I am very unhappy with this company. Than I am told the manager John is no longer there and he doesnt know who the manager is. He again only makes 8.50 an hour not his job.

Asked about using a business name and told it was OK. Didnt tell me all the rules so I wasted several weeks of work and hundreds of dollars on work that could not be delivered to the address. Use another location, this one is useless.

Manager refused to help complete a UPS High Value Summary document, which is required to file a claim. Very rude. If you are shipping anything of value I would look else where. Wallhaven location was very helpful.
