I LoVe this store and the people are the best Diana is an amazing Supervisor and she is the best ever with clients and she help me after 6 months going crazy the only store wit amazing crew....Lazaro is exquisite and super helpful he is awesome too and Addy is the best new employee I have ever meet she is so great too. LOVE THIS STORE....To the owner or the main Boss you should send this people to train all you employees specially the ones in Puerto Rico most of all the Plaza Las Americas and Plaza del Sol store which are horrible. I will always stay here with this store I rather travel to Miami than go to PR which they really s@&$ thanks Lourdes

Excellent Service! Diana provided me with excellent customer service. Her store did not have the red iphone that i was seeking; however, she went out of her way to order the phone for me and I was able to get the phone I wanted that same day! She is very attentive with customers and although this particular store is out of my way, I plan on returning to this store because of the service that I received.

After leaving another sprint store upset due to their service, I came to this one and the experience was extremely better, Dianna went over the latest iPhone and Samsung S8 and helped me and my friend find what phone would best fit us based on what apps we used our phone for mostly, great fact finding skills, and excellent customer service, thank you again diana!!!

Amazing service every time we come! Diana always go out of her way to make our experience here great! Miguel is an excellent worker.
