Had an amazing experience at this location. worked with a customer service rep named Erick Bassalobre, young guy who really knows his stuff. we went in for a couple question and ended up buying four new phones, he explained everything to the dot and also prepared us for the first bill and what to expect. If youre looking to know 100% what youre going to spend when that first bill hits, i definitely suggest you speak with him, anything I ever need from sprint I will go directly to him!

Horrible customer service at this specific location. I would rate 0 stars if possible. I came in for 2 things. 1. Pay my bill 2. To talk about upgrading. The person I spoke to, seemed like the manager said I couldnt do any of the things mentioned. Went to another store in Miami and got everything done! Will never go there again!!

I received my new phone that was ordered online and was not able to transfer the data from my older phone. Kris was pleasant, helpful and patient and had the data transferred in a jiffy. I will definitely go back to this location to get my next phone rather than do it online.
