Advertencia todos mis amigos o conocidos en Facebook!! Cuidado con SPRINT!!! (Compañía de telefonía celular en USA) Con Sprint tuve durante más de un año el PEOR servicio de telefonía celular que he tenido en mi vida (mala cobertura, insuficiente disponibilidad de datos, pésima velocidad de Internet , etc). Cuando por estas razones decidí cambiarme a otra compañía, lo cual es mi derecho como ciudadano, la información de Sprint sobre el balance q me quedaba pendiente, por el financiamiento de dos teléfonos, me resultó de alguna forma "aceptable". Pasados dos meses, esta compañía se tomó la atribución de cobrar de mi cuenta de banco un monto más de tres veces mayor de la cantidad acordada!!! Con el banco esto fue sencillo de resolver, recibí el reembolso d esta cantidad, pero he pasado dos meses más tratando con agentes de "servicio al cliente" de Sprint, que al que menos sirven es al cliente, tratando de resolver este tema, y al final la única opción que me han ofrecido es pasar mi factura pendiente a una agencia de coleccion de deudas!!!!, con todas las consecuencias que esto pueda tener para mí. Si esto no es un caso expreso de abuso al consumidor, se le parece bastante!! Simplemente se atribuyen el derecho de hacer lo q les venga en ganas con el dinero del cliente y a ninguno eso les preocupa, sólo están muy interesados en cumplir con las políticas de la compañía!! Pasen esta advertencia, por favor, a los que tengan la intención de contratar un servicio de este tipo con esta gente!

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! HIANNA (THE MANAGER, WHICH I DONT EVEN KNOW IF SHE WAS ACTUALLY TRAINED FOR THIS POSITION ) SHES DOESNT CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM AND SHE IS SO INEFFICIENT. (THE OTHER AGENTS ARE WORSE THAN HER)ALSO! BE CAREFUL WITH THE OFFERS THAT THEY OFFER YOU WHEN BUYING A PHONE THEY WORK WITH A COMPANY THATS CALLED PROGRESSIVE LEASE AND THEY DO ITS LITERALLY ROBBING PEOPLE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AGREEMENT! READ THE SMALL LETTERS AND MAKE THEM GO THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH YOU. ITS NOT AS NICE AS IT LOOKS! THEY END UP MAKING YOU PAYING FOR TWICE THE ACTUAL FINAL BALANCE THE DAY OF YOUR PURCHASE... ASIDE FROM THAT THEY PROMISE TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO YOU ON GIFT CARDS WITH IS OBVIOUSLY NOT TRUE...

Falta de profesionalismo!!No hay manager en la tienda ni te dan información para contactarlo y no se hacen responsables por sus errores después que te hacen un contrato (ERRÓNEO) para buscar sus bonos y después te mandarte a que llames a SPRINT y discutas tus derechos los cuales ellos se equivocaron y se limpian las manos!!!

Very nice and pleasant Staff, but the level of unproffesionalism. incompetence, not well training is incredible...Simple as basic computer skills on their own program and knowledge on the equipment that theyre selling is very poor...Spending two hours in the store and leaving with more technical problems and ending at another Sprints Store to get resolution in just 10 minutes what the incompetence cant.... This is the difference between Retail Store owned by Corporation and this Franchise... Total disappoint with the Management ....

Do NOT trust this store! Not even the managers. They are as shady as their plans. Apparently they dont return equipment properly or barely even try to satisfy their customers. They leave you waiting on hold till you get tired and hang up. And this is the manager! The level of unprofessionalism is out of control!! People need to learn to do their job because that is why they get paid!!

Excellent customer service, Ive gone to many sprint stores and have actually been weary to return to any due to the experiences Ive had. I can say for once this is a store that honestly trys to help you to the best of their abilities. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of answers and help. 5 stars for friendly staff and service

My parents and I showed up about an hour and a half before closing on a Saturday night and the two employees, Adrian and Henry were great! They were extremely patient and accommodating. Made the whole experience very pleasant. Definitely going to be our go-to store from now on.
