Oh my....What a disaster!!! I cant express how much I truly HATE SPRINT!!! I REALLY HATE THIS STORE AND CORPORATION. I recently switched to sprint in February. First of all...my account was set up in someones else name (fraudulently by the sales rep name Skyler). It took 2 weeks to get this resolved. He told me my bill would only be $138 per month for 3 lines which includes 2 phones and a free tablet that was supposed to be %100 free on a promotion (LIES!!!). Ive called sprint so many times since February to get my bill fixed and theres no one in the world that can help. Everybody keeps redirecting me to someone else. Ive spoken to Matt Wolpert (store manager)countless times, Sarah (regional sales manager) and customer care. Everybody passes me on to someone else. Every month my bill is over $223.00. Im a single mom with 2 kids and now Im stuck in a 2 year contract paying this ridiculously high bill that I cant afford all because of DISHONEST people working in the sprint store. Im only writing this review to warn anyone from experiencing this nightmare...PLEASE go to T-Mobile or somewhere else please!!

I went to the coral square mall...due to the fact i upgraded my daughters phone. .and an additional charge of $273.00 was added to my bill. I called customer service and was told that i did not return her phone when I upgraded. .however i did..Her phone was handed on that same day..and it was working and excellent condition. Sprint then cut off my phone for non payment of bill...which when i called customer service they could not explain. .and told me to back to the store. .I went back to the store and speak with manager Damion. .who was there when I upgraded her phone..he seemed concerned for about a second..however you tell he could did not care..he called some number and gave me a case #, then told me to make a payment arrangement on what theyre telling me to pay, even though I dont owe anything. .and my bill is not due..I was not happy and he did nothing to help..I hate sprint, will not be going back to that be going back to that store...EVER

I switched from Verizon to Sprint a the Coral Square mall. A salesman was able to transfer my two iphone6+ to Sprint at a considerable savings in monthly fees. Since being on Sprint, I do not se any difference in quality or speed. I find it very convenient to have a local store in the mall. Highly recommended. On a second trip to this store, Samantha took good care of me. She got me to replace one of my iphone 6+ that had been damaged , with a new iphone 6s at half price. I was considering a lower level iphone like the 5s., but she convinced me to go with the 6s. It was a wise alternative to get the 6s. She also pointed out the excellent, lightweight, waterproof, drop-proof and dirt-proof case for the 6s. Once again, I was very happy that I went to the Coral Square store. As a bonus, their booth is very close to an outside entrance.

About 1 month ago, my cousin and I went to this Sprint Store to upgrade my moms phone. Im not from the area but my previous experiences with Sprints customer service has been rough to say the least. Thats NOT this store! We were greeted with a warm smile by Raheem who patiently answered ALL of my moms questions. Raheem is awesome!! He also helped me save more money by finding a better deal for my Sprint account. I highly recommend this store, great service with a smile!

Horrible experience. I was told I was going to pay certain amount until I received the bill and was double the amount. I never received the money for the buy back that I was promised; instead I received a bill for 240 worth of accessories that I never purchased. Ive had to spend hours on the phone trying to fix this problems. Do not go to this store go to a corporate sprints store as they are a third party they are not professional at all.

In this store lie to the people, I go for another line and the manager and Samantha agent say me my monthly bill go to be 179 with tax and now i have to pay 234, suppose to be my new pfone is for free and now i have to pay 55 monthly for him, i explain i dont want insurance and they put the insurance to, dont go there lie the people and now i got a contract for 2 more years, i call Sprint and say can do anithing....

Robert Mayol is one of the best customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with. He was pleasant, and answered all my questions clearly. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Employees like him should be valued and brought to attention. My transition from another carrier to Sprint was smooth and did not leave me second guessing my choice. This is all thanks to Robert.

So let me tell you all about this young man named raheem the dream. He was awesome. Ive never seen someone who isnt a manager do so much at the same time. He had a customer service issue while working with a newbie name Paul. And paul was amazing too for someome with little sales experience. Someone give this toung man a promotion already.

Our representatives both went the extra mile to help us attain our goals of having upgraded phones. We are very happy with the level of service provided by Samantha and Will. Thank you both!
