GOING HERE WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME! I went to the store because after having a software update on my phone, my phone screen would freeze and restart itself several times a day. I stopped in and without looking at my problem they told me it would take an hour and 30 minutes to look at. I left my phone there and came back 4 hours later to give them plenty of time to fix the problem. When I return, the technician that was working on my phone left and a sales associate helped me. He told me nothing was wrong with my phone. I took the phone from and hit the home screen and it froze and restarting immediately. I asked them if they really looked at my phone because as soon as I touched it, it froze. The sales associate then told me that it was my SD card and I need a new one. He said that with certain updates, an older SD card will cause the phone to "power cycle". I told him that was the same SD card the phone came with so there shouldnt be a need to buy another one. I just needed my phone fixed. He then told me that my otterbox phone case was broken because he couldnt put it back on. I told him he had it upside down. He then took the case off again and took my SD card out and put the case back on. Then told me "my case has seen better years so I should buy another one". I took the phone from him because at this point it seemed like he was going to break it so I can buy another one. He ended up dropping my SD card on the floor and refused to put it back in. 4 hours and 30 minutes of a waste of time. I dont even think they looked at my phone. From the first moment I walked in the doors they were trying to sell me some, and did a horrible job of that. If you want a sale it requires you to get from behind the sales desk, where associates were sitting, and actually sell me something. Sprint should really invest in hiring actual talent. If I could give zero stars I would!

Last night my mom and I took two phones to be upgraded to the iphone 5s. While we were there we waited 3 hours and when we were finally seen our associate Amory Brown told us the only way we could upgrade our phones would be to switch to the framily plan, my mom had called previously and spoke to someone at sprint about this and they told us that the plan would not have to be changed. Then he says "OK, I am going to try to work something out for you guys." He goes back to get the phones and comes back with an iPad and the phones only to try to con us into getting the iPad for $25 extra dollars a month and we had to give him one of our phones. My mother did not want to do this so she opted out. THEN he proceeds to tell us that my fiances phone isnt eligible for an upgrade, which is complete BS because it had been OVER two years. So he tells my mom that her line is eligible for an upgrade, and he could apply the upgrade to her phone and transfer the phone over to my fiances line. By the time we get everything settled he put the phones and reciepts in the bag and pretty much pushed us out of the door. When we got home my mom found out she no longer had data privileges. She called the sprint company and they told her that she had been charged for a 3rd phone, $650, that we did not recieve and that he had disconnected her line, created a new line and cancelled her data. She called me today and told me that she had called the store we went to yesterday to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone refused to let her talk to them. We are going this evening and hopefully we arent there for 3 more hours and we get everything settled. I HATE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny, my daughter has already pretty much wrote up my experience- Needless to say- I HATE THIS STORE- You have to wait between 1-2 hours to be spoken to about your concerns.Then you are there for another 1-2 hours to take care what you came for..They obviously dont have enough help, and the ones that they have there are not professional at all- I would be aware of Amory Brown "seasoned employee".. He messed my account up! I know it was done on purpose because he wasnt getting to change my plan to a "framily" and I didnt want his "deal" for an Ipad. I went there to upgrade my phone lines not be coaxed into buying more products. He was VERY unprofessional, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, did not communicate with me and was VERY SNEAKY- Charged me for a 3rd phone that I didnt even get, changed my plan without me knowing, cancelled my data on my phone and lied about having an upgrade. When I called to speak with a manager- I was told that one was not available. When I asked for the managers name- the employee on the phone didnt know their name. Its a shame that people pay their hard earned money for services to be treated in such a disrespectful manner- There is a MAJOR lack of communication between calling Sprint and speaking to LIVE people in the ONLY store in town. "WORD OF MOUTH" advertisement for anyone reading this~ If you want to get aggravated, direspected, and your account to be jacked up go to this store! IF you are wanting EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, COMMUNICATING and TRUSTWORTHY people to handle your buisness...drive the extra miles to GREENSBORO at Wendover- THEY ARE A SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS- and thats what you call "seasoned employees".........

Went in to try to have my phone connected to iTunes to restore my phone as I do not have a computer with iTunes myself. They have done this for me in the past. Today they took my phone and never said another word to me as I sat waiting patiently with my 8 month old baby in my lap, squirming. After 45 minutes of still not getting a word or even a glance from any of the store associates I proceeded to ask who I believe was a manager if she knew how much longer it would be for my phone. She (very rudely) said it usually takes about an hour and a half, which NO ONE informed me of(which I told her). She didnt say another word. Then the technician spoke and said he didnt think he would be able to fix it and I need to take it to apple. If he was worried he wouldnt be able to fix it he should have said those words to me when he TOOK my phone!! Not after I sat there for 45 MINUTES under the impression that my phone was being fixed while I wasted my Saturday morning in their store. These people walked around joking with each other and one man even kept flirting with a coworker, with no other customers in the store besides me. I felt as though I didnt even exist to them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

2 years ago- They where so rude to my mom. We where just there to upgrade are phones.we where get 4 of the same phones. We where there past closing because they had a problem with my dads phone. They said they would give us 3 of the 4 phones but they would give us the old 4th one. So the manager came out and by now we have been here for 4 hours and its like an hour after closing. When he came out he was yelling at my mom bc he wouldnt give us are phone. He said he would call the copes if we didnt leave but he wouldnt give us the 4th phone back. 4 mouths ago- we went in there to exchange my phone that had broke. We walked in and they said that it had a crack in it when it was dropped in the toilet. So we just left bc they said that they didnt have anyone to show us the crack. My mom called the company so we could get a new one with out being near such rude customer service. They shipped my phone and when we sent it back they called us about what was wrong about my old phone they said it was water not a crack. I will never go back to such a rude place the one in Greensboro is so much better.
