If your are looking to get a new number, dont go to this location because, you will have to wait for 6 days until phone arrives or number get activated?, and if you decide to change it then will be 12 days so they can order the new phone, they charge me $160 for a phone and sprint corporate charge me the same $160 in my bill, I had to actually call my bank to get my money back, the Manager at this store never call me back to follow up with my issue. poor management. I also lost my contacts, because the back up at the store was never found. terrible experience. If you live in this area go to Doral Location.

Terrible customer service. They charged me a restocking fee for a phone I didnt even take delivery of or activate and refused to refund me even after sprint customer care told them the charge was not valid. This was all after trying to cancel the order before it arrived and being told I wasnt able to until it was in store. They dont have anything in stock and barely know how to operate their own system. This store is giving sprint as a whole a bad name. Disgraceful.

Horrible customer service, they just give you toll free numbers but dont tell you what you need to do to solve your problem. I upgraded my phone about 3 weeks ago and traded in my old iPhone, every time I call the customer service agents tell me the store hasnt claimed my phone yet.

I went back yesterday after 8 month of bad experience, due to a warranty cover however the new agent specialist Gregory Diaz provided me with an excellent service helping me out to replace for warranty my OTTER BOX Cover, kudos for this employee.
