Ive been a customer since day one and the store opening staff were great but now every day I go my drink is wrong and its seriously every time is wrong. I specifically say HOT drink and I always get iced. I would think they would be tired of remaking drinks, wasting time and money loss on wasted product. Im a Dunkin customer now. The one closest to them always knows my name when I walk in, and my drink is never wrong and ther fast.

Sad to say that I dont like this location. Every time I come here they are super slow and the past two orders they did wrong. The sad part is that we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru after our order was taken and there was no one ahead of us. We were at the window waiting and waiting and employees were walking back and forth and finally when we got our simple order of two Venti teas and one tall caramel macchiato it was wrong.

I love me some Starbucks, but this location seems to only have 1 person running the drive thru (ordering, gathering drinks/food and at the window), so its always slow. The also always seem to have a newer/person in training. I recommend going to the Merritt Island location for quicker drive thru or the cool location inside of Four Points Hotel if you are walking the area.

Best crew of Baristas in town. They know exactly what I want when I pull ☝Some of them dont even have to ask , they just start making it. Love going here I Always leave with a smile. Regaurdless of what is going on around me, I can count on feeling that there is hope for us as positive, polite, and friendly human beings. Thank you Starbucks crew. Hats off to you!

Great customer service. Fast. Clean.... I study here sometimes and I do notice a particular staff member not always being very friendly to her other staff members. I have already witnessed them yelling at another worker to the point where the store got quiet. A tad unprofessional I would say, yet it did not effect me. Coffee is great and drive through is convenient!

Im a local and visit most Saturdays and Sundays for my morning cup of Grande Bold in a Venti Cup. I recently saw Bantam Bagels on Shark Tank, and heard Starbucks picked them up. Confirmed, they are in their counter and OMG what a great couple bites for 100 calories. The service at most Starbucks is great, but can say the service at this location is outstanding.

The staff is intelligent and helpful. The offerings are the best as you would expect from a Starbucks. This is the perfect stop before sunrise to get to the beach early. Since its a reserve store, there are some extra offerings at this store.

I love Starbucks! This is our neighborhood Starbucks & the staff is very friendly & helpful. They have a drive-up as well as tables inside and out. Clean restrooms. Perfect drinks! Try it, you will love it too!
