My husband loves to send me flowers. I recently moved back to the area and my husband sent me what was suppose to be a stunning bouquet. When i recieved them the flowers were damages, withered, and of low quality. They company agreed to replace the bouquet. They just arrived and all the pink lilys are severly damaged. This is the saddest flower arrangement I have ever recieved. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I suggest before you use this service to save the 150$ and get them out of the dumpster at Winn-Dixie bc they quality will be about the same.

Terrible service - made a mistake on gift card delivered with flowers and did nothing except to call the recipient who was trying to get sleep and recovering from surgery to tell them who actually sent the flowers. Then when we called to see what happened, the Florist was incredibly rude to my husband. Trust me, there are Florists who a) wont make that mistake and b) wouldnt treat their customers with such disrespect.

This is the WORST flower delivery service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a beautiful bouquet online thru proflowers to send to my ill daughter at the hospital but when I saw what carousel sent to her I was in disbelief!!! It was half the size and nothing like the beautiful arrangement I paid for. Some flowers were wilted and dying on delivery....Stay away from..Proflowers and Carousel..they work together!

Walked in off the street with my wife. Tomorrow is our first anniversary. I proposed at Cocoa Beach and I wanted to buy her one red rose. The gentleman quietly and secretly fixed up a perfect beautiful rose and handed it to me before I paid so I could surprise her right there. A true romantic and Cocoa Beach "love child" - he made it the perfect surprise. Thanks!

Vacations Space Coast

Finally, someone on the beach who knows how to arrange flowers. Due to several recent celebrations, I received 3 flower arrangements from Carousel over the last few weeks - all 3 were so beautiful I called to thank the florist. Absolutely a class act. So happy youre here!
