I went to Body Effects Tattoo last week for my first tattoo and I couldnt have asked for a more perfect experience. The staff was especially friendly and professional, the environment was very clean, and the tattoo was flawless. When I arrived there, I described the type of tattoo I wanted and was immediately shown different types of font I could choose from. After I made my decision, the tattoo artist Nate, made a stencil and asked me if it was acceptable. I was explained everything about the process and their reassurance eased my apprehension. I was expecting it to be quite painful, but Nate was very quick and efficient, I hardly felt a thing and it was completed in no time at all. After it was done, he explained to me how to clean and care for it, and what things to avoid in order for it not to fade. It has been over a week now and the tattoo is still beautiful, and as dark as it was when I left. Im already thinking of adding to it and no doubt I will go back to them again. I highly recommend Body Effects Tattoo if you are in the market for some permanent body ink!!! This review only allows me to rate them as high as a "5," but I would give them a perfect "10!"

My mom got a daith piercing there. Derek did her first one and did a great job. She returned about 2 weeks ago to get the other ear done and Derek is gone. Chrissy did the piercing. She was complaining to her trainee while doing the piercing about people judging her for having tattoos the whole time. She must have been distracted and not sanitized the equipment properly because 4 days later my mom had a to go to urgent care with an incredibly swollen and infected ear. She had 10 days of antibiotics and couldnt even sleep on that side of her head due to the pain and swelling. Now today my mom texts me that she has the flu. I get her to go to the doctor again. Its not the flu, its the infection from the piercing! She has to see an infectious disease specialist today for possible IV antibiotics! She is too nice to raise hell about this, but Im not!!! This place needs to fire Chrissy before we sue!!

LOVE this place!!! Theyre not too pricey but not a cheap place and its very clean. theyre all very nice and friendly. They walk you through what theyre going to do and show you the needle being taken out of the package and everything. its great! I got my last tat there, on my wrist by Dave and its amazing. hes really good and so friendly the whole time. Im sure he thought I was a baby because I was freaking out at first haha but he was really nice about it :) definitely going back for my next tat as soon as my son is born!

It was clean but all they did was take me back pierce my bellybutton and I left I was givin no instructions on how to take care of my piercing or anything of that matter in my opinion I should of went to classic ink there perfect they did a perfect job with my other piercing I love my experience there and another sketch thing about this place is they made me pay before I got my piercing thats not normal

I was there yesterday and got my fifth tattoo. They were fun and I had a great laugh. What really made the service there was I was feeling faint and so they gave me some air to breath and a very nice gentleman gave me his sugary drink. That helped me instantly. I was very grateful, I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

My husband got some work done there qnd its amazing!! Superior quality, excellent customer service. The shop is super clean and sterile. The artists are true professionals and obviously take pride in their work. We would recomend that anyone wanting a higher quality tattoo visit this shop.

I recently went in to get my nose pierced by Derek. He did a great job, and was really patient with me as my nose bled for 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I have been there for multiple piercings, and will definitely continue to go back !

Staff was courteous and quick and very skilled.I went in to get my belly button pierced and I was done with the whole process within 15 mins .The shop is very clean and well kept but small enough to make you feel comfortable

Dont go to this place. Worst experience Ive ever gotten at a tattoo parlor. Did not receive friendly service, no smile, felt like they didnt even want to provide their services. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I received a foot tattoo from Angel and it is amazing!! I went back and had my tragus pierced by Derek. Again- I love it! Chrissy doesnt even work there anymore. This is a very clean and professional establishment.

Got my industrial piercing my derek. He did an amazing job, and I love it. Place it super clean and sterile. I havent had a problem! On the plus side they arent expensive!
