Took my 17 yr old son for a tat for a christmas gift. NO ONE would do it because he didnt have a state I.D. I found her shop by accident, It was the best thing I did. Stephanie was GREAT. Helped me get the notary done. Clean place private, felt very relaxing, like being at a friends house. A homeless man came up and started asking about getting a tat for himself, we saw that he was not all up there. She took her time to talk to him and told him to come back for a discounted tat. Shes a great person GREAT artist . She will be the only one do ever do my tats. LOVE HER THANKS STEPHANIE your the best. You made my son very happy. I recommend her very highly. We even hung out after and talked. So cool down to earth woman LOVE HER

Would definitely avoid this place. Very unprofessional. Knocks down other tattoo shops. This shop should look at themselves. Other places do not contact plain about the owner. I am having a lot of problems with the tattoos I got here. My doctor says I have had a lot of ingrown hair follicles because she didnt shave off the hair before doing the work. Just to let you know I not only go to Tip Top but I go to several others and they have offered to redo or cover up the tattoos you did on me. By the way I understand you were fired. You are nothing but a very nasty person. Be more professional and keep your mouth shut. They do not tell me what to do nor do you.

Dvine Design Tattoo Studio is by far one of the best shops Ive ever been to! The staff is great always friendly and willing to sit and work with you to get the best possible artwork. Steph is absolutely amazing and has so much talent. The shop is always clean and a fun place to hang out at. If your looking for amazing color work Steph is definitely the person to go and see!!! Just got my 8th tattoo from her and look forward to future work to be done. Ok ok so Im slightly addicted to this place #17 here and so many more adventures to go!

If your thinking about getting a tattoo this is definitely the place to go. Stephenie is an amazing lady and artist! If its your first tattoo I highly recommend going to her, she will make you feel at ease and take the time to explain the process. Im so glad I chose her to go to for mine...I love it!!!!3
