After spending this much and asking for a fair exchange after I was pressured into the sale in the first place because they didnt have what I was looking for but wanted so bad to get my money. Product was untouched and original receipt the owner told me I could not change a brand new product for another brand new product and pay the difference. Ive spent $600+ dollars in this store trying to support black operated and Haitian business (owner is white, most employees are Haitian as am I ) but this is the last time theyll get a penny from me and Ill make sure anyone I know never goes there. Also they price gauge, shea moisture and other products are cheaper at Sallys, target etc.

I d patronized this business from the day it opened. I decided to support a small business. Always.Some tome ago, about 5 months or so, I purchased hair for a relative. The relative left Florida and did not need the hair. I tried to return the hair and was told by owner that she wouldnt take it back. I ask her for an even exchange because we always need something from beauty supply stores. She told me that the barcode was an issue, blah blah blah. I gave the hair to a lady in the store. I didnt want to con her, which is how she made me feel. . I vowed to never return and havent. Too bad. REPEATED Customers is imporrant to your business. I say good luck, but 1 less. Me.

Rude owner, poor customer service, and impatient with her customers. I asked the owner of this company, over the phone, if she had a product, and she replied yes, after asking her how much it is, she replied dully, "We dont give prices over the phone." Then I asked if is it on sale, and she replied repeatedly, "We dont give prices over the phone." She could have politely said "If you come in Ill be glad to show you the price," or "We have competitive prices." Owner is rude and has little to no customer service. GO TO ELEGANT BEAUTY SUPPLY INSTEAD! You will get better service there.

The employers are so unprofessional. They would force or rush you to buy items that you cant even return. No return even if the merchandise is not the quality you was looking for. They only care about the money. They dont care about their clientele. Nasty people. They hang up the phone on your face when you trying to explain the experience you had with their fake materials.

The owner is the lady - ABSOLUTLY CRAZY! Before opening a business LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. Lear how to respect other businesses. Wow! After 6 month since I kicked her out - still loves my place! You were kicked out because YOU WERE DISCUSTING! My employees still hate you. ))LOL
