The store manager there offers the worst customer service ever very unpleasant unfriendly woman I go in this location because its convenient to my salon for last minute things however on any other occasion I avoid it like the plague I have even expressed to the other sales clerks in there how do you work with such a woman my experience was going in to pick up a few things out of the nail aisle where they were obviously unpacking stock and blocking the aisle instead of moving out of the way so that I could get to the items that I needed nobody asked me anything I stood there for 8 minutes waiting for someone to go o are we in the way give us one second and will be right out of your way nothing of the sort I had to walk around the aisle to the other side to still find that I could not get to the item that I needed to purchase so I just didnt purchase it

God this place is a disaster. There cant be a manager with such a pathetic team. Whoever the young punk blackgirl is needs to go work underground with her attitude. Youre working in retail honey boo-boo, that means you have to give customer service. Read a book and figure out how to deliver it because youre a pathetic excuse for an associate. Good thing there are many options in florida on which store you give your money to. This one is a waste. I know for a fact they are not living up to corporate standards.

The lady (who refused to give her name), sat in her car till 10 (when the store opens at 10) then opened the door at 10:30. People have other stuff to do, this place does not care about your time. Go to the one in Hollywood (much nicer, and respects your time).

Too bad they are losing customers all around. Almost made me feel guilty for not having change, in full mid-afternoon. The manager and cashier very rude. However, a new employee friendly. I hope soon the employee occupies the position of manager
