Lied to me about a reptile expo. Lied about what the manager (who has a superiority complex) wanted for volunteer paperwork. Refused to give me my money back when ALL the crickets I bought died in 10 mins after buying. Have a problem with answering their phone. Bought a heat lamp light bulb from there and it burnt out not even a week after purchase. They are extremely overpriced. And they would not give me my money back for the bulb and were making fun of me and acting like little prepubescent teenagers!

Awful experience! The manager is so rude. She doesnt return calls or even wants to get out of her chair in the back. I fell in love with a bird there and really wanted to buy it but I couldnt give those people my money. WAY over priced. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Great local store. I bought my 4 month old Bearded dragon there and the friendly knowlagable staff have helped me every step of the way. The 1 downfall to this store is there vary narrow selection of reptiles. Other than that, I highly recommend a visit.

Helpful staff & the bark collar was less expensive than Petco. Nice selection of products. Ill go here first to support them as a smaller local provider over the big chain store. And they will take competitors coupons!

Dont judge this book by its cover, when I needed crickets for my dragon I had to stop here and the inside is completely opposite the outward appearance. Great store, helpful staff, knowledgeable reptile keeper. A+
