After sponsoring this business since it open (close to a year), today I took my dog from a groom and was told pretty much that she couldnt come back. That my dog tried to bite the groomer, which is so unbelievable. I have had had my dog groomed there SEVERAL TIMES and in other places as well and Ive never, ever heard this before. The only reason I switch from my other groomers was because I loved the boutique aspect of this place. My dog would not bite anyone, shes been us for over 3 years and it simply a doll. Im sure while she is being groomed, if you try to brush a knot she will maybe growl obviously because no one likes that but Im sure its not life threatening or enough to suggest a long time customer not to come back. Weve always been ok that if she has places where she is matted, to shave her, thats never been an issue. This groomer (new groomer) and the owner acted like they were in fear for their life which is absurd. Im still in shock with their attitudes and I guess from now I will take my business elsewhere. Bad bad experience.

Having been to so many different grooming places, this pet spa is the best. My dog has always hated going to the groomers. Not only did he look wonderful when he came out, he was so happy. This was a first, as he was always shaking and just trying to run out at previous groomers. Yes he was pleased to see me, but loved his groomer. They also spoke to me about the food I was feeding, as my dog had bad skin allergies. They are very knowledgeable and got me to switch him to a grain free diet. Within 2 weeks his skin had started looking so much better and no longer scratched at himself. This place is just amazing. They have great food and treats. I have recommended them and their grooming to all my friends and family. I will never go anywhere else ever again. Thank you for looking after my baby so well and making him look so great.

I have never had such a wonderful and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to make sure my dog received the love and care that she deserved. I have what you would call a "problem dog" shes very restless but is very loving, and they did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, and did the best job ive ever seen any groomer do. They legitimately took their time and care, and i appreciate all the wonderful work they do. i looked and i saw all the posts with one or two stars, ignore those people. People can be blinded when it comes to how their dogs behave, and these groomers definitely do an EXCELLENT JOB!! :D

The grooming is hit or miss, but mostly miss. When I was unsatisfied with my dogs cut because they didnt do what I asked for. They claimed my dog wouldnt allow for the groomer to trim her face. The one of the owners was arrogant about it - in her lack of communicating and smirk. However, they still expected full pay.

The only place in Apopka to get top quality food for you pets. The owners are always super helpful and friendly. I am always greeted when I walk in the door, and amazed that they always remember which food I buy. Their dog treats are amazing looking and the dogs love them. Cant say enough about this store.

I absolutely love this store. The owners are wonderful people. They truly care about your pet and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. They have the best selection of premium kibbles and frozen raw foods. They also have excellent baked dog treats! I am a regular customer there.
