This place is horrid. First of all, the smell in this place is terrible. I know its a pet store but this was way beyond what you would expect. Especially if you lean over the tops of these enclosures that the puppies are in to pet them. It makes you nauseous. Second, the conditions that these dogs are in are inhumane. Not only because they are crammed, 5 dogs to one small enclosure, but there were multiple dogs that had feces on them. On their faces, the sides of their legs, up by their hips. Its disgusting. One enclosure had 4 piles of poop in it with 5 dogs in it. Its not being kept clean. Then you look through the glass into the back of he store where the grooming salon is and you have the grooming employee sitting down talking on her cell phone. How about she does her job and bathes some of these dogs to get the feces off them. Btw if you read this, and you worked Saturday May 20, 2017 around 2:30pm in the grooming salon.... youre lazy and you got paid for talking on your phone and doing nothing and you suck. You should be ashamed of yourself. Same goes for the two women working the sales floor where the dogs were. They were right there looking at them. Shame on you both for being negligent and not doing your jobs. Also, another thing very weird was that their were somewhere about 30 dogs in this place. Like 6 or 7 enclosures total. Of the 30 dogs, Id say at least 80% of them were all sleeping while we were there. You couldnt even get most of them to wake up. They seemed lethargic, sickly. This place needs to be investigated/evaluated for their treatment of their animals. Then one staff member said the average cost of a dog was $1,600. You want people to pay that kind of money for a dog and thats the way you keep a store and thats the conditions you keep a dog in? Youre out of your mind.

DO NOT buy an animal from here. These sick, inhumane people do not take care of their animals and do not have any type of GOOD conditions for their animals to be living in. I paid $1200 for my dog and her personality and love was worth every penny, but GOD ONLY KNOWS what these people did to her and how they treated her in there. My poor puppy at only 3 months had ghiardia, kennel cough, heartworms, and other problems, which I was unaware of until we did the follow up appointment with the vet they sent us to. It seems like a great deal with the vet coverage & the year guarantee but the veternarian they send you to isnt even a good one and it only causes you to spend MORE money than you originally did for the dog itself because of the unhealthy conditions & the lack of treatments for the dogs. Before you buy from this demented place, go look into a humane society or a pound, there are plenty of dogs for a lot cheaper than what these people are selling them for. As for the poor dogs in the facility, I can only hope they get RESCUED (not adopted) by a family or that somebody steps in and shuts these people down. I feel so terrible for the other animals in there and Im so happy my dog doesnt have to live like that anymore. I see so much about SHARON and how great she is solving minor problems such as nail clippings & groomings. HEY SHARON can you fix my dogs stomach? Why dont you take the $1200 that went straight into your pocket from me buying this dog, and you pay my vet bills with it since you caused them. Lets see just how nice & caring you are.

I am giving a 5 star for the fact that the staff is generous and caring of the animals. People are writing bad reviews because the staff is young. You should praise the owner for giving them a job, a responsibility and a chance. Another reason I am giving a 5 star is because of the owner, Sharon. She is a true animal lover who cares for all the pets. My dog that I purchased had kennel cough and they went above and beyond. I communicated directly with the owner, Sharon who had fast responses despite the holidays. They treated my pup until he was past his hump of not wanting to eat. I would also like to comment on people who are leaving bad reviews because of "dog mill" assumptions. They say they have no respect for the owners and they should be shut down. They say they only care for profit because the dogs supposedly come from dog mills. First off, this is a section to leave a review about your experience at the store....not your opinion about how they conduct business. Second of all, people are ridiculous complaining about dog mills because of cruelty. If this is the case, no one should buy eggs because how the factories treat the chicks, no one should buy milk because of how they treat the cows. I can go on and on about ACTUAL animal cruelty. So lets put an end to all that! I recommend this place to anyone. You have to understand that just like a daycare for kids, all the dogs are at risk of getting sicks....they are pups with developing immune systems.

While looking for a dog I came into this establishment many times. I liked them on facebook. They had reviews on their facebook; those are now gone because the reviews were worse than what people are saying on google. DO NOT buy from them, I know there are cute puppies here but they are puppy mill pups, you may get lucky and get one that isnt sick but if you arent it will cost you over 1000$ on top of the rip off price they are selling their puppies for. Might I add that a lot of these puppies are mutts. (They also buy these puppies for around 100-300$ and then turn around and sell them for the ridiculous prices of 1400-1800$) Go to a breeder, yes you may have to wait 2 months or longer like I did for a puppy to be born and old enough to go home with you. BUT it is a million times better, I got myself an Australian Shepherd puppy (Blue Merle). Great quality for 1250$ at least when you buy from a breeder you get to see the conditions the puppies are coming from. If you have kids its even better because most breeders will allow you to meet the mother and father so you get to see their temperament. I could go on and on about how its better to go with a breeder. I wasnt against pet shops until I did my research on this place. Do yourself and potential heart ache a favor and do not buy a puppy from here. (Many people even had their dogs die on them a few days to a year after they bought a puppy from this place)

The dog I purchased was already on antibiotics for kennel cough which they never disclosed upon purchase. Especially after asking was there anything wrong with the puppy, and they preceeded to tell me "no, their dogs are of the highest quality". I took her to the doctor that same day ehich they advised she had a severe case of it. When i called them to tell Petworld of this, the only thing they could say was "she couldve gotten it from anywhere, kennel cough is very common". AND THEN after relling that same person that rhe first person i talked to already told me she was on medication for it and PW was trying to double up on it to get rid of it quickly before our call got disconnected and i had to call abck, the person then told me "who told u that? Well im sorry but u can bring her in for a nebulizer treatment, its free". I have other animals at home, which also received kennel cough as well because no matter how many times I keep them seperated, they all go outside to the same backyard to go potty. Never again will I EVER purchase another pet from this place. All they had to do was tell me or not put the dog on the floor to sell until she got better.
