Today February 15, 2016 I went to this store with my 12 years old and I witness the sad and heart less experience ever. I see a senior and disable guy there waiting to be help in the back of the store where the fish area. He ask for help to this lady employee and the way that she response to him and her aptitue was rude. Specially for a old poor disable guy maybe around 80 years old. Of course he get mad and fells like he dont care to her. So he walk away mad and saying think like he going to sue the store. I was there and fells bad for him. So sad see employee treating people like that. I told her she dont have heart I told her he was a disable old person. His disability was notable She follow him and told him to get out her store when I figure our that she was the manager wow what bad example for the employees tha she supervise. I see like 4 regular employees in the front of the store in the register. I dont know why too many employees in the register area talking if was only few clients waiting to pay. In my opinion why the manager with a better aptitute and voice told him sorry you are waiting too long but I will sent someone to help you because she was assisting someone else before him. I just walk away the store and I never going to visit this store again. I prefer to drive far away to buy my dog stuff somewhere else. When I walked to the parking lot the poor old guy was there indignate and yelling and he start felling sick he said that he can have a heart attack. He was with a old lady maybe his wife. I dont know him but I hung him and try to be kind with him. I suggest him to file a complain with the Better Businness Bureau. I called corporate and left message.

Ive been coming to this location for a while now and had mediocre experiences, but today I found their customer service really poor. The associate I had help me acted like I was inconveniencing him and I felt very uncomfortable. He and the manager began to fight about a price discrepancy and whose fault it was right in front of me, causing me to leave the store without purchasing anything. I know everyone has their bad days, but its consistently poor. Additionally, many fish were dead or has diseases. I had even been on two days prior and noticed the same dead fish were still in some of the aquariums.

I only come here because it is the closest pet store near me. The prices are ridiculous. I have lots of animals and if the prices were much lower I know that I would buy all supplies here. The employees are not very educated. This is not the only pet store that has this problem though. When asking about what nutrients needs to be in a certain animals food, the employee should know. I gave thos store 3 stars because the employees are nice for the most part and They have a nice selection.

Pet Supermarket has a strong smell, I dont know if its coming from the staffs or the animals. The store is very small and the prices are okay. Whenever I ask one of the employee to locate something they seem to be lost as I am. Some of them are funny looking and look like they dont get out much in life. I would only come here for emergency, other than that I would go to another pet store with a more cleaner environment and a little more professionalism.

This store Rocks! Been a loyal customer since they opened in 2015. I have 3 dogs with special dietary needs due to food allergy concerns. On one than on occasion they were out of stock for a certain item they would contact another store and They would go and get the product for me. Thats great service. The staff is always great. Manager and Asst. Mgr. always on point and staff is more than willing to help... Again great store great service

Very friendly staff, good for food and supplies but do not purchase fish or aquatic creatures from this location. I had a very healthy tank with some beautiful fish that had been growing very well until I added a couple from this location. All but 3 of my fish have died from sickness and one of the last ones looks to be on the way out, hoping I can fix things before this happens.

Great local place to grab your pets needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely like helping out our small neighborhood pet store. They carry a wide variety of wonderful pet foods. They also sell small animals and everything they may need. Theyre a great little store.

Went in for Science dogfood and they tried to sell me blue. I told them over and over again that my pup was allergic to every kind of dog food except Science. I was very unhappy. I hot my food and left.

This place has a great selection for all types of pets. However, the staff can be disappointing at times. Theres only 1 or 2 staff members out of everybody that is friendly and helpful.
