The Doctor was quite nice and very helpful. The staff was very busy and gave me a 2 hour estimate to have my glasses ready. After 2 hours I returned and was told nothing was ready... the contacts took about 3.5 hours at which point they decided they would go see what was taking so long and were able to get me the glasses. When I went back for my contacts I was given the wrong brand and prescription- it wasnt even close. I did not think to check and verify as I was getting a new brand of contact and assumed competence/ literacy. When I called to get a refund they told me they needed "the product" in hand to do so, and gave me a speech about how people make mistakes! Never once did they apologize for their abject failure to deliver their promised service or for the notable inconvenience they have caused me. I would highly recommend anyone looking go elsewhere as I do not want more people to have to share in my experience.

I was promised by 3 staff members that my glasses and sunglasses would be ready before I went on vacation in 6 days. I reiterated that if I couldnt have them before I left, I didnt want to purchase the sunglasses now. When I called 6 days later, they werent ready (the lenses hadnt even arrived yet) and I was told it normally takes 10 days for them to be ready. I should have read the fine print, but the staff was deceptive and pushy to get me to purchase glasses knowing my situation. I was unable to get prescription sunglasses before my road trip, which was a major inconvenience. Had I gone to another store, I could have had them. Fortunately, when I requested a full refund, the supervisor on staff apologized and processed the refund without any further pressure to purchase.

I went here last year for a pair of glasses and waited for over an hour for the exam, for someone to ring my glasses up, and also when I went to pick the glasses up a week later. They called me a few weeks ago to schedule another exam this year and I figured, why not, they already have all of my info. The week of the appointment I realized I had a scheduling conflict and tried calling them to reschedule. I called every day at various times for three days - no one ever answered. Finally the day before the exam, someone called to remind me of the appointment so I just cancelled it. If I cant get anyone on the phone before the appointment, theres no way Im going to waste any more of my time with them.

I went in for an eye exam for contacts which I paid $130 for - and to wait a week for my contacts. After a week I called today to find out they never ordered what I asked them to order - they ordered a trial pair which wasnt even in!!!!! They said I would have needed to order them on the retail side - so what was the purpose of checking out with the Doctor???????

If I could put a negative I would. Paid $800 for glasses, didnt receive one pair for THREE months now (and still dont have them), paid for non smudge (didnt add them), horrible adjustment (they all off my face), employees lies about calling back 3 times (even the manager). There is no justification with problems here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Would be nice to help customers out with glasses selection huh? Instead of all three employees chatting at the reception desk. Had to ask 3 times for our guy to come back. Just lacked a true professional attitude, they were more focused on going home 45mins prior to closing. Didnt buy anything.
