The used items are priced higher than the same thing online with free shipping from different websites. But I figured I would go buy an assembled product to save time and effort. But after I got there they told me they can only sell the new item in a box and I have to pay additional $40 for assembly. They said otherwise they would have to "pay someone" to assemble it for their shop... all the while telling me it was so easy I could do it myself. This was not even heavy equipment and it wouldve taken those grown men ten minutes to put it together - but for me, a skinny single lady it was difficult and I told them I had specifically wanted it assembled with the price I was told on the phone! Nevertheless, they didnt budge or cooperate. I guess Ill buy it online and assemble it myself and save about $70 dollars. Those grown men can keep their products since they are so afraid of having to assemble things on their own.

I came with money in hand ready to buy an exercise bike and treadmill. We walked in and the two men at the register never once looked up. Never said hi or welcome; they never stopped the conversation they were having. I figured someone would approach us if we started looking but they never budged. We walked out without ever having anything said to us. If there were an option to post zero stars, I would do it.

Great deal and great staff. I purchased a used air hockey/pool table combo and absolutely love it. We had been looking for one for quite some time and didnt find a reasonably priced one until here. They even offered delivery. Will be back again.
