I purchased a Glock from a very professional and knowledgeable former Marine representative. Then I followed up with a few other small items and improvements (polish job) helped by the same professional. Always very prompt this young man he is. But I cant say the same for the management; I purchased some tactical sites on a Tuesday and 4 days later the job was still not completed by the gunsmith due to the manager inability to come in to provide the young man with the proper tools to complete the job. Its funny because the manager was the first gentleman I met and the first thing he said to me was how arrogant "SF" guys are during his experience at contacting - spending the next 30 min. Bragging about himself. Funny that in the 30 years in my military Career Ive had the privilege to work with some of the best, a quite professional he is NOT. Today is Friday and my weapon still not completed after been told it would be done Tuesday and the manager said he may stop by on Monday to open the tool locker. Great gunsmith POOR Management

I have gone in here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Jon, is very friendly and down to earth. He took the time to listen to my requests, where others just rolled their eyes. He custom made a left handed ISP holster so I can draw right handed when I carry in the small of my back. The fabrication is beautiful (with no sign of wear and tear) and I have been using it for a couple of months. He added retention clip, and tilting belt clip make my life so much better. They were also able to locate and pistol magazine that I was having difficulty finding elsewhere. The ammunition and targets he sells are excellent quality. I am extremely happy with the service, and am looking forward to choosing my next handgun through the store.

Just called Black Label to see if theyd like to buy a Kimber Gold Match II 1911 pistol. Its a $1,300 gun. I was able to say " I was wondering if youd be interested in buying..." and before I could finish my sentence, the guy says " Nope ! ". I know this shop cant get Kimbers because Kimber charges an arm and a leg to be a dealer, and I probably would have sold the pistol for far less than it would have sold for in a gun shop. Too bad the guy was an ass... he could have made a couple hundred bucks. I guess Im heading out to Shoot Straight...

Ron was so awesome!!! He is super knowledgeable about the gun laws, gun safety, types if guns. U had never used a gun before my concealed weapons permit class. I shot 5/6 in the 4 in circle. He us brutally honest because safety is paramount dealing with new people shooting and learning how to how to hold a gun. I plan on taking more training with Ron to become natural with my stun gun and lugger. I highly recommend thus store and classes taught by Ron if you need protection.

My Daughter & I took our concealed weapons test yesterday and were very pleased with the class. He said in the beginning that some people think he comes off as rude or intense but we believe thats because he takes this serious and we were talking about carrying a gun not a toy so he should be intense for our own safety and the others around us we should know what we are doing. Would recommend this class to anyone thinking about getting your license.

New store in Clermont, FL. Great selection of handguns. They absolutely have the best prices I have found locally. Jon is an experienced gunsmith and does a great job. If you are new to guns the staff are patient and knowledgeable. Check em out next time youre in the area. Look for the green roof buildings just west of CR 455 (Publix).
