Was there today...this is a great spot...sadly some should not be working in retail...I asked to be notified when they get new items for my team...I was a lil irked they recieved new items and I wasnt called...I asked for some prices and the girl looked at me like I was a bother and a inconvenience. I get not being called holiday season and all...but why the attitude? She named dropped her manager Stephanie then rolled her eyes...I work in a customer service role...if you dont want the job find another one...dont take it out on loyal customers...I try to patronize them as much as possible because I appreciate that they are the few places I can find items for my team. Unreal.
