I had a good shopping experience at this store the cashier Christian was very helpful and nice and also A worker helped me find the Nike socks that were not on the floor she went to the back to get them for me and I was happy but at the and of checking out I was immediately pissed off because right after i made my purchase I came back in the store and asked for a larger bag and The manager ( boricua big boned , also beautiful) said "no that she cannot give out bags like that. "I needed the larger bag because I had done some shopping at Sams Club and I needed a way to carry my items I do not understand why I was refused something simple as a plastic bag when I had just purchasedfrom the store and she knew that I had made a purchase because at the register next to my cashier see put an additional Mark down on a customers item because the item was damaged but thanks to her My whole experience went from good to bad and yes a stupid bag is the reason for this review hopefully you learn from this and know that a bag will not cost you your job but on the bright side I did the survey for Christianand I hope he gets recognized for it. First time at this store...( Disappointing) so they decided to have a meeting... No thing wrong with that.. The issue is they should of had it before the store opens or posted on their website... That way we the customers can work around it... I guess they cant afford to pay the employees to come early... So know that I arrived at 9am when the store was supposed to open.... Know I have to wait.... Why should a customer wait.... Its 9:30 Am still nothing... Oh they put a piece of paper on the door... How nice... I look at the reviews... Did you look at the pictures in the bathroom.... THATS GROSS WHAT PIGS.... GREAT EXAMPLE....

Acontecem promoções aos finais de semana nas lojas da Nike Clearance e Nike Factory Store. Aguardei o final de semana e quando fui estava com 30% de desconto em toda a loja. Nem ,sempre você encontra o que quer mas é quase impossível sair sem comprar alguma coisa em promoção.

This is a clearance store so selection is never predictable, sometimes good, sometimes not so much. The store is in a plaza that is older and usually crowded, and in need of cleaning. The store itself is much the same, its always messy. Forget about asking the staff for assistance because they are incredibly rude and dont care to assist at all. If you dont see it, cant reach it, or have a question, you are on your own. Most wont even look you in the eye for fear you will need some help. There are a number of these stores in the Orlando area and all are better.

Nike Clearance Store is one of THE best places to get deals on Nike shoes and apparel. Dont even bother with the "Factory Outlets", those are a complete rip off and basically tourist/foreigner trap. In addition to the low prices (Air Jordans for $55!), they will often have additional discounts. The catch is the "what you see is what you get" layout. If you dont see it, they dont have it so finding the style/size you want could be an issue. The lines can be long because the secret is out and more people are going there, but its still worth it.

First let me say this is not a standard Nike store. The prices are cheap, very cheap. Bought a $120 pair of shoes for $50. However since its not standard Nike store, you can throw away good customer service. The service was a little lax and people there didnt seem to care about helping unless they were asked and were hesitant to help even then. The boxes dont come with tops on them and the shoes are the ones from last "season." Overall though I was pleased to find great shoes (actually the ones I had before) for such a low price!

Served as a marine for 3 years and I asked an employee if they had a space jam size 13 in stock. His response was Im sorry no. All of a sudden ankther employee brought 2 to a customer. Ive never been so upset and wanted to chop this kid in the neck. I asked another person and he was very honest and he said yes they have some in a 13 but they are holding it for people. Store 24 I will take this up the ladder because I hate fake people, I will be happy when this store calls me and apologizes and says we have your shoe.

It honestly was horrible cause when I went to the store all I wanted was Nike elite socks in a size medium and they said that they did not have them , then I went up to another worker and asked them if the have in the back and he walked out with a pair of them and I was so mad I wanted to strangle the other guy with the socks. The service their absolutely blows. Plus their stupid website doesnt even let me search up something I want to look at. Never going their or on the website ever again

los precios son razonables, pero les falta mucho inventario, tienen muy pocos tenis y ropa, debería ser mas grande la tienda. Prices are ok, but they lack a lot of inventory, have very few tennis clothes should be larger store.

If you come to Orlando and want to get the BEST deals on Nike shoes and apparel, this is your best option. I just purchased five pairs of rosche 2 flyinit nikes for $30 a pop and they retail for $120-$180. Although I live in Orlando , I once lived in Kissimmee and would hit this store all the time. I have done physical price comparisons between this particular store and the other Nike outlets and this one by far is the cheapest. Hands down! Happy shopping everyone

Im from Tennessee and came there for spring break with my kids. I purchased a couple pair of shoes on Sunday. Made it back home and to my surprise it was two different shoes in the box. I called and spoke with a manager and she was very friendly. Laura helped me out and sent me my receipt thru my email and I went and got the right shoes on today. She went out her way to search and look for my receipt and got back with me quick.

The store was congested and it was hot. Not sure if the a/c was broken or not but they had the front door wide open. There is a security guard at the door so I assume they have theft issues. They have a vast selection of shoes but I couldnt find the sizes that I was looking for. They only have the products that is available on the floor. It was a waste of time. Maybe if it was better organized than it would be ok.

Good deals, but even better sales at certain times of the year. Shoes are sorted by size and gender, with the most popular sizes having multiple isles. The Nike Clearance store in Pigeon Forge, TN seems to have better deals. This store has average clearance prices, but if you get lucky and come at the right time their can be up to an additionally 60% of everything store wide. Very helpful staff.
