The manager Ravi is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Our bill was $207 and we have $9 coins each is $1 the rest will pay $100 bill!! The LA Fitness gave us so many dollar coins change and I didnt refuse to not to take it! Its still a money!!! Unless PUMA STORE HAS ITS OWN LAW WHEN IT COMES OF CASH PAYMENT???! So this manager told her associate only to take $5 coins and I spoke to him he was rude and started yelling like oh we dont take so many dollar coins and I ask him where is your policy stated that? Ravi then said its in the office! So I asked him why its not in the register?? I cannot believe his response is why it needs to be in the register??! Are you kidding me?? Did you really get promoted to be in a management!!!!!! I myself is a manager in a big store never in my retail career will do this unprofessional behavior!!! I will be writing in the corporate because what I encounter today was ridiculous!!! He didnt even speak to me calmly as if I was yelling like him!!! I talk to him professionally and this behavior is unacceptable!!! Never again I will shop to this store!!!
