Please people be aware these people do not honor there returns or their customer. Tried to return a gasket set and the rude store clerk denied my request I had my receipt and it was in the 90day period. Called customer support and even chatted online about there policy was misleading they could not give me a straight answer. Dont buy anything here your better of with auto-zone or eBay they were honor your return. Useless customer service online, phone , chat. I pasted the policy below noting specific just pretty much will deny it even though they didnt look at the part. Customer service phone rep and the store manager both said it says it on the package and I dont see it anywhere on the package I told them they didnt give me an answer. Advance Auto Parts Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 90 days from the date of purchase to any Advance Auto Parts store with the original receipt. Items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Advance Auto Parts will exchange the product or issue a refund as described below. Some merchandise, including commercial tools and equipment and special order items may be non-refundable. Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise are non-refundable. Advance Auto Parts reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

They seem to think everyone knows all of their policies. I bought a battery brand new from here and put it in my car for no longer than a day. Since the problem wasnt the battery I took it out and brought it back. They forgot to mention that once you take the battery out of the door its yours forever. I tried to talk to the manager and it was no help. I explained that no where in the receipt does it state that I cant return it and he said "Its our policy" thank you Dave S. For not helping at all. And again thank you Dave S. for selling me a non returnable item.

Run by lazy staff. Two separate visits to note:, First one I needed a secondary bulb for a VW CC with upgraded head lights. I inform the guy at the counter that he just selected the standard CC and he says it will not be a problem... Sure enough the bulb listed in the computer was wrong and I had to come back to return it. Next visit, waiting in line, three guys at three different registers, nobody is even trying to clear out the queue of people in line. Soon as I asked if someone else could check out my items they started working...

I purchased a few things for a tune up, bought the lifetime warranty spark plug cables and after a few yrs I had to do it all over again... how convenient for them nothing shows up in there system even thou all the information they have has not changed. Now I will have to buy a new set of wires. Advanced auto has ripped me off for the last time I will no longer recommend or buy anything in your stores. I will make sure others hear about this.

They have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction, and they have earned my loyalty to this location. (There are 4 locations closer to me than this) I will continue to shop here, and will recommend this store to anyone...

These people are very unprofessional. I called and they were very pushy on the phone. I asked if they could help my wife out with changing a simple lightbulb; a very simple task that many other advanced auto parts has done for me in the past and they would not. I even called one down the street from them and they were more than happy to help.

These people couldnt even run a simple battery/alternator test, was very mad I had to wait 15 min for them to get out there in the first place because no one wanted to help me, this was the closest store to where I live but I will gladly drive another 4 miles to the Autozone on 17-92 because they know what customer service is!!

Very disappointed,bad customer care.The staff in this store never help with any warranty claim.Nothing of flexibility or understanding.An advice :never buy one A/C compressor in this store ,if it breaks ,you gonna lose the money,sure .It is the policy here,the customer does not matter.Bad way to do bussines.

I go here anytime i need parts for any DIY work. Always a great selection. Customer service varies from location to location, but it seems like at this one, most of the employees are decent. But that is expected at any retail location

My alternator went bad after purchasing one in October 2015. I live in sc and couldnt get a replacement without a sku number. The staff at this location was more than glad to provide me all the info I needed to get my replacement
