I walked in to have my battery tested and purchase a replacement. After waiting ten (10) minutes for my turn, I was told that I would have to wait until all the customers that walked in after me were helped. In today’s economy, it is amazing that these folks still turn away business. The young guy at the counter was very rude and had a huge attitude problem. Take your business to Auto Zone – I was on my way with a new battery and smile in less than 10 minutes at Auto Zone.

Fantastic Service! Came in after i called in for a part and they gave me Excellent service! Especially Luke! He helped me pick out the best mirror and even bought some of my foreign coins which helped pay of that part I almost couldnt get! Anyway! Fantastic Service and about to come back there tuesday for my order! :)

Every single time I go into this location an employee is extremely rude to be.... Ive been to multiple locations and other places the employees are helpful and really nice. Id rather drive out of my way. Im never stepping foot back into this store. F-

Although there are a few knowledgeable employees (mostly just in commercial), most of the staff here know very little about vehicles and often give the wrong parts. Weve been very disappointed the last few times weve done business here.
