Terrible first experience at this location. Usually I have great experiences at Auto Zones. This evening I went inside to buy a car battery. When I arrived, there was no staff in sight. I thought I heard, "Well be right with you, but no one came." I actually walked around to see if anyone was working. Finally, after a long wait, I saw an employee go to a check out stand furthest away from mine. The employee immediately bent over the counter and began texting on his cell phone. He didnt even look up to see if there were any customers to help. To get his attention, I had to go went to his counter. When I arrived, I realized he was the Sales Manager. He continued to text and seemed annoyed I needed help. He quoted me a price for a battery of $120. I immediately walked out. I drove down the street, went to Walmart and bought the battery I needed for $50.

Im guessing there was a truck unload going on when i came in , there were employees everywhere. Other review say theyre short staffed most of the time as is the case with all retail currently. They had the obscure part in needed in stock and the employees were all helpful. I had my car fixed before i left.

I would give this place half a star if I could! The all-male staff there is incredibly sexist and treat women, especially those of color, so rudely! This place is such a huge turn-off! If youre a woman, run from here and go to another auto shop where youll be treated like a decent human being!

This store is about as clean as an auto parts store can be, some of the staff is customer driven, while others seem to come to socialize. The prices are ok, the wait time to speak with an employee or to check out depends on the staff that is working. I have had to wait to over 30mins.

the gentleman i dealt with steve is not very professional and not polite he judges before he knows the facts, his intelligence is very limited the worst experience I had, I am going there for 20 years this was my last time i do not this insult, the competitors treat me better

I was absolutely delighted with the assistance I received earlier today at this particular AutoZone. Mike, Jimmy, and Johnny were extremely helpful and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I would definitely go to this location again.

Great customer service, I dont know much about cars but they gave me great advice and let me use their tools to fix my car, the assistant manager (woman) was very professional and friendly!

Terrible. Called them asking to look up a part for me. The guy put me on hold for a couple min came back to tell me to hold on one sec then hung up on me. Now they arent answering lol

Always have stuff in stock, and usually have some deals on what Im looking for, but youll wait in line for a while. That includes when just you make up the entirety of the line.
