On December 19, 2011 at approximetly 4 PM, I didnt visit the store. However, I did have the horrific experience of speaking with an employee that informed me that she merely answers the phone and was not a Technician by the name of Miracle. This person was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She was very impatient and had no quorums as to informing me that she was not going to allow me to speak to a manager, per my request, for they where all on the floor assisting customers. I can only assume that Miracle did NOT consider me a customer. I informed her that I would wait which must have been the complete opposite of what she, Miracle, was expecting. Her next form of evasion was that Technicians do not speak to individuals over the phone. At this point I had consumed enough of my time, therefor to no avail, I asked for her immediate Supervisor. Needless to say she hung up the phone. Upon my return call I asked if I was speaking to Miracle and she began to laugh histaricaly into the phone as if I had told her the joke for the day. In addition, she, Miracle, invited me to visit the store at ANYTIME! This statement was not inviting one bit. It was confrontational as if she welcomed it. I feel compelled to write this review due to the unemployment rate being extremely high. Im quite sure that someone would be better suited for this position than Miracle. Someone with customer service skills and qualifications. A person with pleasant attitude at the least. Not agitated that they have to answer an inquiry. If Miracles behavior is condoned than that would prove more of a reason not to patronize this store. It is apparent that Apple has gotten so major that customer service isnt important. Fortunately, there are many other companies that have products that provide the same capability as Apple products. In addition, I was able to speak with Jena Roe, after circumventing Miracle, who was inforamtive and very pleasant and eager to assist me in resolving the isssue with the product as well as being very apologetic for my experience with Miracle.

They have lost it. Sorry I used to love this store. And apple used to define service as it should be. On this trip I dropped of a machine for repair. got an email to call - did and was sent to phillipines call center where that reminded me of my old trips with Dell.Unfortunately Apple has decided to not share any info with their call center. Called again got a rude person on the phone - who when i asked questions said i was direspecting him (as I said to him, I had never met him how can my wanting to understand what is happening to my machine be disrespecting him). Got a manager who apologized - dealt with the problem, promised to send the information about the damage. he never sent it - i went in today and was met first by a genius bar person who was annoyed i actually wanted to see the information i had been promised and looked to the sky when I asked my charges be put to my business account - as their biz people always say should be automatic. The killer - a Manager by the name of Liz who neither put things on the biz account, excused the eye rolling of her staff and whose response to the that I expected some service for a $1000 repair was not to problem solve but look at me as if I was someone to be humored. Apple - used to love you. Thinking seriously about that HP for the next machines I am buying in the next three months. The other recent one star reviews are right.

I waited two plus hours last night because I didnt have an appointment. After those hours I got two minutes of someones attention saying it wont turn on so they cant help me. I left completely dissatisfied. I would have liked the attendant to offer to keep it plugged in for a few minutes and see if it signals that it is on. I would have liked the guy who took my name on the ipad to tell me that without the phone signaling that its on that I wont be able to be helped, maybe even offer a charger plug while I wait, if that was the case. I would have liked the guy to provide an estimate of the time they could see me so I could run out quickly to get some water or food. Finally, I would have liked the young guy who did wind up seeing me to give me his full attention not be helping multiple people at once. The service I was provided, those two minutes, could have been offered when I first got there. They could have ruled out that I could be helped, my evening would have been saved, no headache acquired, and I could have move on to a different solution. Apple is better than this. This store is subpar.

THE WORSE Apple customer service in life! I walked in at 5:20pm and told them that my phone died and I tried to charge it for 3 hours and it wont turn on. The guy said that I have to make an appointment and that he can send a text message... I told him that my phone died so he cant notify me via text! So I gave him my info and he told me to return for my appointment at 7:00pm. I showed up at 7:00pm nothing. So at 7:15 I went up to the manager lady and asked her how much longer and she said I was second in line. I asked her how long will it take after they decide to see me will it be for them to fix a battery issue? She replied "I dont know, Im not a technician." How rude is that?! So I asked her if I can make an appointment for tomorrow. She said "You will have to call to make an appointment." Really?! I didnt have to call to make an appointment when your guy at 5:20pm made me an appointment for like right now?!?! Point blank: 1) Dont come here and expect great customer service (dealt with 5 of their employees today) and 2) expect rudeness. 3) Youve been warned.

I would rate it 0 if I could. I waited 2 hours after my set appointment time and made 3 trips up to the store before my phone was finally admitted to be fixed. After giving them 2 hours to fix my phone (cracked screen) I came back to pick it up. The phone seemed fine, but the "specialist" that "fixed" my phone forgot to mention he/she damaged my audio and that I would not be able to hear audio on outgoing calls. This is really frustrating as I wasted one day making repairs, and now must spend additional time correcting errors inflicted upon my phone by some so called specialist. Beware of this store and its workers. The busy nature of the store leads to sub-par customer service and shoddy technical work.

the store layout is great as every thing. Unfortunately, my experience with the store employees were as bad as hell. It seems that I would ask him for money, the lady who stands beside the entrance were rode and bathetic. I asked her a question and she replied me with totally opposite answer, WTF. Another one who I asked for his assistance declare that he help another customer. When he done with that customer, he took his "nature call" and totally avoid me. This store has the most ignorance customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I hope they will change their attitude in the near future. And definitely I will never visit this store. I would drive to Maryland rather than this store.
