Im pretty sure the good reviews are simply for pricing and pricing alone as a former employee and shopper I can tell you the selection isnt great, the condition of the store, the clothing and customer service is horrendous.I can actually find the same things for cheaper at rainbow..smh... The staff takes all the better, higher brand things for themselves and either hide or steal them. There are bugs galore. Bed bugs , fleas and only God knows what else. The store and 90% of the current employees are hot garbage messes....clothes are dragged on the floor its disgusting really. Working there was hell. Upper male management care more about "their relations" with the younger female employees. No body is business minded, oh and its super easy to steal from there Ive watched security let about 3 different thiefs away bc they didnt feel like doing paper work.

Went there 2 weeks ago and bough about 8 shirts that were outside for clearance for $3 I was charged for each $5 and $8! When I got home I noticed and called. The lady said if I wanted them to give me back what they over charged me that I had to bring every single item backup! Which I could not due to have bough items for my niece that I had already gave to her. So I lost my money. This place is also super ghetto. Customers are always arguing with cashiers and cashiers arguing with customers. They also let people skip ahead of you when some cashiers say that they are only accepting cash.. ridiculous!!

All of you complainers should stick to the valley and your high prices. Do you expect an employee making $5 per hour after taxes to care about his job. Theyre probably there because probation made them get a job. Sure some of the clothes are dirty and fell on the floor but almost everything they have is pretty much irregular in some way thats why its there and so cheap. Its not macys there are no sales people. They are only there to clean up after you and do a price check. Thats all $5 per hour pays for. No english speaking people or people that know anything will work for that

What are you haters even talking about? None of the clothes were dirty when I was there. They were clean, brand new, and not irregular. What do you want for ten times less money than what department stores charge, room service at the Ritz? I only buy my familys clothes from Forman Mills now, even though I am a rich white person! They have up-to-date fashions at bargain prices. I agree with "Dan" about the employees having an excuse to be indifferent because they are paid next to nothing!

I had found a really cute outfit for my granddaughter, but when I went to check out there were associates all over the floor, but only two people checking people out. After 20 minutes in line just put my items a side and left. Could not wait any longer. They need to hire more cashiers.

Sometimes, I can find really good deals on womens clothes. They have a better mens selection then womens. Shoes are horrible. Pocketbooks are plastic. The prices on the nicer things can be more than the sale price at the department store. So dont think you will always save money.

Inexpensive clothing line for the family at name brand prices! Only downfall is they dont have enough cashiers during rush hours or when people are paid, can be an extremely long lines with 50 or more people and 3-4 cashiers!

Its a large store with a large selection of clothes and shoes for men, women, junior, and kids for cheap prices. It can be short staffed at times and you could wait in line awhile & some clothes may not be true to size

Luv this store !! clothing is at great prices, plus they just dont sell clothes u can get everything their, from shoes purses nigh wear ect. Oh and the school uniforms shooooot this store is a must.
