Ive had several bad experiences at this particular Ross. The employees are rude and unhelpful. After two hours of trying on things I went to the register to find out that they closed the store without making any announcements. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me that I could come back at the ass crack of dawn to pay for my things and that she couldnt hold my things past that time. This Ross is ghetto and the employees are inconsiderate. They should get a different job if they are unhappy. They decided to work there and agreed to the pay rate so why do I have to deal with stink attitudes as a result of their discontent. Im calling the corporate office to report this.

I am giving two stars for the clothing and the deals....I loved this store and I was buying frequently until I needed to return something. Tamira, the manager was so unprofessional and rude when she said " if youre a Ross Customer you should know the return policies....which she wasnt so clear of herself and started reading them while I was there. I felt so bad...went home to find the 600 usd purchase receipt and return some 50 usd stuff which was still packaged and in its ross original tickets. I dont want to say that I will never shop at Ross again. I will try to find some other Ross near me.

Im sorry to say this but I am disappointed...I agree with the shoppers experience that had to deal with the unprofessional personnel. I also had to deal with this particular Ross. However, through research I found out that the employees are working for about 7.50 an hour. Sometimes ranging only 25-30 hours within a pay period. Um of course theyd be angry, not even my teenage niece get paid that little as an intern. I do not blame the employees I blame management/employers. Take care of your employees theyll take care of you. Its such an unhappy atmosphere.

the checkout takes 20+ minutes usually, but today it wouldve been 40 min (I left after waiting 20 minutes leaving $120 of clothes behind) , 2 cashiers processed 4 people in this time). Its pretty ridiculous, the cashiers move at a leisurely pace, no need to hurry even though there are 20 people in line. Never coming back here again

found a shirt without a tag asked for help and said I couldnt find another one like it a she looked for another one anyway and said I guess its $14.99. I dont think so. u like the prices not the personnel - stupid!!

I went to buy some shorts and socks,I look all over for help no body was available,finally it was time to check out. The line very long, I guess I have to be patient and learn to wait a little more.

Lines ALWAYS LONG AND ONLY EVER 1 OR 2 CASHIERS. Can never find anyone on the floor to help. Selection of clothes has gone down hill but they raised the prices.
