Great help from the sales associate! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and was able to ring up my purchases with a hand-held device so I didnt have to wait in the check-out line. Awesome! Oh, yeah...and great prices, too!

Lady at the register (I think a manager) didnt say hi or anything, then when I said no to giving an email she shook her head and said I better not lose my super cash. People are so rude there is no customer service these days!

Old Navy is a very good store. It has good quality clothes that last a very long time. They also sell all types of clothes, from active wear to dress clothes. They also sell babies, kids, and adults.

This store is gross. Its so messy, disorganized and just feels icky. Trash everywhere. Clothes all over the place unfolded, in the wrong spots. Just sloppy.
