Ive been shopping with Nordstrom for years now and always raved about them. Until my latest experience at this store. All together everything looked rundown and not aesthetically pleasing. I tried to return a pair of shorts that were not to the standard I had come to expect, although I could not find the exact receipt I knew they would take them back as they had in the past for me. Unfortunately this time they would not. I brought in the only receipt I could find which listed a pair of shorts from the same brand and the same color but not the shorts. The shorts listed on my receipt I have never purchased before. Basically they had rung the shorts up incorrectly and now I was the one suffering for it. After years of being a regular customer I had to listen to the woman behind the counter say "Well they sell this brand at many other stores so we dont know if you really bought them here." The counter before this one, the woman stood there on her cellphone texting, without even once acknowledging me until I walked away. I called the company and spoke with whoever was in-charge of Mens and he was nothing but dismissive. Not sure whats ging on with this store, but Ill just take my business over to Saks and Ill stop recommending Nordstrom to everyone.

BRIDAL DEPARTMENT very Dismissive! They obviously judge a book by its cover. If you ever want to feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women or just feel invisible take a stop in nordstroms bridal department. My daughters and I were not ignored by 1, or 2, but 3 sales associates! They felt kibitzing among each other was more important than nordstroms customers. I approached one associate and asked if they had a particular gown that we found on nordstroms website. She said "no we dont have that in the store." Then back to kibitzing with the other 2 biddies. I just gave her the perfect opportunity to ask if we needed any assistance and she blew it! Note there was not 1 other customer in the bridal department. This is Not the customer service that nordstroms is known for. I find it appalling and extremely unprofessional This particular department definitely needs customer service training. Unfortunately for them we took our business online and spent $1800 on 2 bridesmaid gowns. Big loss Nordstroms Bridal department. Your Commission just walked out the door. Thank God your online customer service is on point and extremely helpful. Cant wait to receive the gowns. Shame on you 3 Women! One should NEVER JUDGE a book by its cover.

I didnt buy my wedding dress at Nordstrom, but did go to look. While most of the dresses are "inexpensive" lines from more couture designers (and are truly gorgeous), the Wedding Suite does have some dresses "off the rack". The selection isnt huge, but it does include dresses not online. Regardless, my consultant was kind, helpful, and not pushy. I really liked a Theia dress that I tried on and I was given a receipt with the dress ID number stapled to the consultants card so that I could look up the dress online and/or come back for more help. Ill be back to shop for bridesmaid dresses. No surprise Nordstroms customer service is wonderful, but its still nice.

I have visited the Wedding Suite at Nordstrom at KOP about 4 times. NO ONE has EVER said hello, asked if needed assistance, or offered to schedule me an appointment if something caught my eye. I now purposely go into the Wedding Suite just to see if anyone will even acknowledge if I am there, and they have yet to even smile. I understand you need an appointment to try on wedding dresses. BUT, a offer to schedule one in the future, or making your store seem welcoming would be a beneficial start to your business. Very disappointment in their customer service.

I spent 30 minutes with the sales associate as she tried to find to find a pair of shoes their system said was there. After her many unsuccessful attempts, she had me order their pair online. After waiting a week, I received an email saying the shoes were not in stock. Nordstrom really needs to get itself together. The only redeeming part about my experience was that the sales associate was extremely nice and helpful.

If you are ever at KOP and need a bite, go to Nordstrom. Nordstrom has a restaurant that most people are unaware of... But anyway the food is delicious. They have a very sophisticated menu to be inside a clothing store. I personally enjoy the grilled cheese and tomato soup. So if you want a quality, inexpensive meal leave the food court and go to Nordstrom.

Yes, its expensive, but if youre looking for a huge selection of high quality clothing, shoes, travel gear and everything that you can wear or carry, this is the place. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Guys, take your lady here, shell thank you. Check out the Cafe. Good food.

The restaurant staff is great but whenever I try and get help in the actual store the employees are all standing around chatting and not approaching customers. I love Nordstrom, I used to work for the company and this one has much lower customer service than Im used to.

Nordstrom has an excellent selection of brand name clothing, shoes, accessories and more. Whenever Im looking to grab something stylish for a night out or for special events - Nordstrom is always at the top of my list. Great staff!

While the Sheree Whitfield "Who gonna check me, Boo?" tshirt was not in the store, Shelly the perfume lady was extremely nice, as was the young lady who queried your system for the T, only to discover we could only get it online!

Coffee, good selection of clothes. Took me a little while to get help buying a pair of shoes for my wife but the staff was very helpful once they realized i wasnt standing in the womens shoe section for a breath of fresh air.

Worst place to get bridesmaid dresses. Dont ever do it. They will say the dresses are in stock and a week later say "sorry, nothing we can do but the item is no longer available." Horrible experience.

I went to buy nursing bras and had my infant with me. Not only was the sales person helpful with the fitting but she let me nurse my son in the changing room when he started to get fussy.
