Customer service people at the front registers here are so slow and they all have bad attitudes. Every time I go there with a coupon there is an some exclusion and nearly impossible to find something that I can use it on due to all the rules and regulations. Today I had $10 off a $10 sale item -my item was 9.99 + tax they would not let me use the coupon! I said Ill give you the penny to make it $10, they said NO rudely and that I must purchase something else to make it $10 or more, so great, I couldnt get the earrings I wanted, so I added two shirts for a $50 sale and they tell me I still cant use the $10 coupon because the shirts are "incredible value" and cant be used towards the amount. Well, you know what you can do with your coupons! I left with nothing and Ill go to Kohls where the people are friendly, helpful and would never do that to a customer! No wonder why whenever I go into Quakertown Bon Ton theres maybe one shopper in there and Kohls is always crowded! Bon Ton your customer service is horrible and your tricky coupons are disgusting!

Love BonTon, their staff AND the coupons/rewards cards! Always make out thanks to the sales staff. They always know what can be used on what so I never have a problem. Went in yesterday used the 3 BonTon rewards they gave out towards my purchase, saved $60! Where else does that happen!!?? Made up for the wait yesterday at the front counter.

Tons of coupons that you cant use on anything. If u have a return with a receipt but dont have u card on u ..Bon Ton cant put back on u card??? Gift card?? Uhh slow check outs too as the have to explain everything and give u a new worthless coupon. I have had a few good bargains but feels like I have to work for them.

Nothing special. Previously a Hesss location. New carpet, new paint and voila its now bon ton. Calibre of store sits between Kohls on the low side and Macys on the upper side. More name brands than Kohls . Chain serves smaller cities that dont attract malls. Their sales are reasonable. The regular prices are not.

Great sale prices. Nice clothes. Coupons on top of sale prices are great. I would have given 5 stars if i didnt hear the sitting room attendant complain and sigh every second about people leaving clothes in the sitting room.
