The young lady, Moe, was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She took her time and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. She was able to help with every aspect of the purchase of our two chairs. We left the store very satisfied. I wish all sales reps. Were as helpful and kind as Moe.

My first furniture purchase from Big Lot a recliner love it looks great in my room and very comfortable and very very inexpensive. Muirvin was great he even help me put it in my car and Ryan was very helpful as far as customer service questions thanks you guys
