Extremely rude customer service. We were being waited on for over an hour trying to exchange to get our Note 7 back. The guy had no idea what the hell he was doing and had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Excuse me for you having to do your damn job. You could have told my husband 5 minutes into the conversation that we couldnt make the exchange just yet and we could have gone on our happy way. This place sucks, go to a different location where Im sure youll get better customer service than this place. Turns out the guy was wrong and we were able to get his Note 7 back without a hassle!

It is nice to go to but the people who work there we had to show things they were saying that were wrong with att. Web page that they are wrong. Like with the note 7. They are there just for a pay ck. They never smile. Just if they not sure they should have the higher up person come to talk to you I left the sale personal and walk to someone else to get the right way it is. Ive called other place and other people just so they can talk to them. But the store is a great store just need better salesperson.

From my experiences stay away! Sales rep Theresa is rude and unhelpful. Last week I called about the release of the new Samsung Captivate and not only did she not know about the phone, she told that they did not have them or if they would be on sale on Sunday July 18, 2010. The next day I called AT&T on Kirkwood highway and had a better experience with its sales rep. After getting the phone I stopped in the concord pike store to pick up screen protectors and was given more attitude.

I brought my phone here for a warranty replacement. A supervisor look at my phone and immediately told me it was water damaged, without even inspecting the device, and refused to replace it. I asked him to actually check and see if it was water damaged and he did, told me it was not actually water damaged, but that he would still not replace it under warranty. A quick phone call to ATT got me a replacement without question. Avoid this store, the staff are rude and unhelpful.

What did I like? Nothing! The service is extremely slow with the new technology advances it seems like the store is at a disadvantage. Help not much many answers are unable to be answered because many of the store associates lack the knowledge to answer them, but I will give credit where credits do there are probably a good 3 sales men that actually have a clue on whats going on.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Quick service. People hate wireless companies like they do airlines - theyre a necessary evil that we have to deal with. But these folks dont treat me like that. It was like they actually cared about customer service. I had a wonderful sales rep. It was Ms. something.... I just wish i could remember her name.

service is horrible. even manager did not know proper protocol to solve the issue. My shipping address was wrong now it was not me who gave address to UPS it was att. but manager told me to call UPS and get it corrected but UPS told me to talk with att. Better call att customer service and get problem resolve. stay away from this store.

waited 2 hours for a phone that was in stock and that was pre ordered, and the canceld the order amd tried to do it instore and demanded the phone be traded in at that moment. when online gives you 15 days.. no resolution left with out the phone that i paid for and had ahipped to the store.. worse customerservice ever.

Horrible service from the ignorant staff at this location. Dont waste your time or money here. Also they close an hour early so dont expects them to be there during their posted hours. Staff sold incorrect merchandise and refused to rectify the situation when we returned with the item.

Avoid this cell phone store! The manager is mean, Danni the rep is being propped up like some marionette to support the store. Poor girl! You get a much better deal calling AT&T directly, or just signing up on the internet. Good luck.

Out of all of the local AT&T locations, I will drive 30 minutes just to go to this one. They are more knowledgeable and have better compression of the products and plans than the locations closer to me.
