Adcomm is a contracting company for Sprint. Call the Sprint customer service line before you agree to anything they say. I left the store with my new phone and a firm number ("give or take a few cents") what the bill would be. The bill turned out to be much higher. At first, I was told to wait a couple billing cycles. After three, they said I was mistaken about what the amount would be. To terminate the contract would be $700. So their incompetence cost me about $380 over 2 years. Pretty sure this wasnt malicious; just ineptitude. Sprint customer service is actually pretty good, so call them with any questions about your expected bill before signing anything.

Best overall experience at a sprint retail store ever. Daniel Le helped me in purchasing my HTC one and he went above and beyond to get me set up and to fix the major issue I had with my account. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is tired of the unfriendly un-helpful staff ex. Kirkwood highway store. Its a newer store and they want to make a lasting impression of quality service to customers such as myself. 10 out of 10
